Grace makes the whole experience comfortable and not awkward, and I was surprised to find that the Brazilian treatment can involve minimal pain. She taught me how to breathe properly through the waxing process, which has made a huge difference in reducing the pain. The products they use are excellent, and they also sell homemade salt scrubs for exfoliation. The atmosphere in the building is really cool and welcoming, and everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. One great thing is that when you pay, you have the option to tip, and the tips go directly to the waxer, not to the business, which I appreciate. In the past, I've had to tip the waxer separately at other businesses.

The salon was clean and the temperature was very comfortable. I really liked that they were focused on my nails, and making sure I received exactly what I asked for. Henry was the Pedicure tech and Sonny was the Manicure tech. Sonny went over and beyond to make sure that my nail polish color matched (I wanted dip, and the polish on my toenails was a Gel polish that they didn't have a match for. I also added a silver glitter.) When I asked about using a clear dip and then using the same gel polish, he quickly said that he could do it. I absolutely love the way they look! After bringing her own inspo picture and talking through the design with her technician, she was given a different product than she had asked for. I have visited so many salons from Greenville, to Easley. I have never been treated as wonderfully. I called yesterday morning, I was given an appointment the same day, in the evening. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted, and my Stylist Hailey was waiting for me. She asked me pertinent questions with regards to what I wanted and couldn't stress enough that she would make sure I was highly satisfied. I was given water, as there is water, along with coffee. They normally close at 7pm, I apologized as my hair was taking longer, Hailey wasted no time assuring me I was fine. I love my cut, I loved the staff, I will be back, more importantly, I found a stylist. Hailey got down, I know my hair is difficult, it didn't scare her, she was up for the challenge. We all went in with a few Pinterest photos to show what we wanted. I always go into these types of appointments with low expectations for my hair actually matching the photo. A lot of that is due to the fact that everyone's hair is different and every hair stylist has his/her own interpretation of said photo. It's not always a bad thing and in many cases the stylist knows what will work and what won't. Reece did a wonderful job with my hair. It was a low bun with a few braids woven in. Absolutely beautiful! She combined the right elements from each photo and I was so excited with the results. One of my favorite hairstyles ever! The bride had her (curly) hair done by Brandi and it looked amazing. Then my sister in law had hers done by Brandi but we aren't quite sure what happened. The first attempt was similar to the photo shown but too high. Instead of doing the same style in a slightly different position, Brandi did something totally different. I thought it looked nice but I knew it wasn't what my SIL wanted. SIL is too nice of a person to say anything again and family stress was high so she stuck with it. We all would've been a little happier if my SIL had a style she really loved, but I understand Brandi's position of trying to adapt an idea and make it fit on the person. The salon itself looks lovely and I may go back sometime to get a hair cut when I'm in town. For future styling appointments, I recommend 2 things. 1- bring photos! It really helps the stylist to have an idea of what you want. Most of the will tell you if a style is not going to work with your face shape or hair type. 2- if you don't like the first style, tell them! You're paying good money to leave a style you love. The stylist shouldn't be offended if you say it's not quite what you wanted and would like to try it a little differently.
