She took the time to explain everything to me, including how I would be positioned and how their prenatal setup is designed to keep both mom and baby comfortable and safe. Her pressure was absolutely perfect not too much, but exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling so much looser and less tight, especially through my neck, back, and hips. I still had my pregnancy waddle , but I mean... I'm 8 months pregnant, so that one is definitely staying! I also loved knowing that Denise is a prenatal-certified massage therapist, which gave me even more confidence being in her care during pregnancy.
