This was also the same lady that checked me out one time & my total was very different than the last few times I went and received the same service. I also did not receive the herbal heat pad on my back. The inconsistency with what is described when booking online vs what I've gotten the last several times makes me not want to spend my money here. Now, what really pissed me off was when my boyfriend and I booked a couples massage at least 24 hours in advance. We show up and were separated for the ENTIRE experience.
