I would not recommend coming here. I got my nails done here for my wedding for $50. Just came in for the exact same service and was quoted $90. When I tried to ascertain why the price change, the employees became irate, stomping around, tried taking my phone out of my hand when I showed them a photo, yelling at me in front of a crowded salon. I stood my ground and they continued to yell and get riled up. I simply wanted an explanation for why the price had DOUBLED for the exact same service, even the same nail polish from start to finish. I had a pedicure appointment at 4:30 and it took till almost 4:50 to be seated and then until about 5 to actually start my appointment. the lady seemed rushed and did not take her time at all. i got a regular pedicure and she sped through it leaving the nail polish on my toes uneven and bubbly. for $35 i would expect a decent service. overall they could improve on their timeliness and their quality of work. read more

Came in late in the afternoon (walk-in) for a regular manicure, which I explained multiple times. While I was in the chair, the manicurist suggested I get gel for about the fifth time in five minutes, and I caved. I would not have minded investing in gel color if the manicure looked nice, but the color looks poor near my cuticles and there were some parts of my nail that were not painted at all. For my first time, I was quite disappointed with the service and result. I will go elsewhere in the future. read more

Rarely am I ever inclined to leave a negative review. However today I felt it was necessary. Being in a more affluent neighborhood of Greenville. As mom and student I was getting my 1x every 3 month pedicure. Just like all the other crappy nail salons where I'm from, this one still pretends they don't know what a normal water temperature is, be it too hot or too cold, I got to experience both extremes. Even though it's a "spa pedicure" there's nothing spa like in the experience as they burn your feet and then laugh about it and talk to each other in Vietnamese. Add an oil massage with so much oil i thought my skin was crawling as the woman totally half assed rubbed my feet. Not to mention as I'm visibly reading something in depth and she continues to berate me with questions. I should have walked out instead of wasting $35 of my hard earned money. Don't waste your time or money, you'll be left sitting there disgusted with the lack of decent service in 2018. read more

I was a loyal customer here for many years. I enjoyed all the employees- never favoring one over another. I always left happy....until recently. After receiving the Spa Pedicure (which includes extra TLC and a 6 minute leg massage), I went home, felt my heels and was surprised to find them dry and cracked. I went straight back to have them fixed. The girl who had done my pedicure told me there was nothing she could do, I needed to come more often. But I come every 4 to 5 weeks? Nope, sorry. Ever since I moved from NY I been having hard time finding a good sanitary nail salon, tried few some expensive to the extreme, others fair BUT I don't see them disinfecting anything, my only guess is that health department is not as strict as they are in the north anyway I didn't want to go to Easley so I decide to look around close home and just walk in if not will remove my nails like I did few months ago, I walked in here and I was greeted by Linda, she was available and was able to do my fill in with gel polish, she did a great job and I didn't have to be there for long time, her speed is decent and I like it, the only thing I didn't like is that they don't do designs, I asked her to do one nail design and she told me she doesn't do it much, will see how it goes next time, I really hope she does cause I can't just be with a boring nail polish for two weeks and so on but besides that she did a great job, I'll be back read more

I'm shocked at the negative reviews here, as in my 7 years of being a regular customer, I have never received anything but top-notch quality work (I've used every service) and friendly, professional service. My gel nails last more than 3 weeks and look amazing! I moved here from Washington, DC and am VERY picky about nail salons. This one is the best around--very clean, NEVER had an issue. I can only surmise that the negative reviews are from some of the over-privileged, demanding and often barely civil individuals I've seen come through this salon's door, who live in this admittedly affluent area. The past two times I've been here have been probably the most annoying nail salon experiences I've had. The first time I walked in looking to get a new acrylic set and had an idea of what I wanted. I asked the nail tech for a squoval shape set with a medium length. The woman looked at me like I was crazy and told me there was no such thing as squoval. I pulled up a picture of squoval shaped nails and she said that she calls that coffin shaped nails. I have been getting acrylic sets for years now and I've never had a technician mix these two up considering I've had both shapes. I told her I did not want coffin shaped nails for the length I was going for and she told me she would attempt to do what I wanted. She then proceeded to do coffin nails and cut them much shorter than the length I asked for. I walked out of the salon very unhappy with the results and went and got them taken off and redone at top nails in Mauldin (amazing!) It came time to get the set I got from top nails refilled and I decided to give this place another chance since it was only a refill and no cutting or shaping would be involved. The most I've ever had a refill take was 45 minutes. Yesterday, it took two hours to get them refilled! That's longer than what it takes to get a whole new set! On top of that they continued to say it's taking so long because my nails are bad even though my last manicure was two weeks prior to this. I will not be coming back here ever again as I'm very disappointed with the speed of service and the quality. It put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day and that's the last thing I want to feel like walking out of a nail salon read more

Odd pedicure experience. It was my first time here, and as soon as I walked in, some man loudly asked if I was getting my nails done, then exclaimed that my toes sure looked bad and needed attention. Then left. No idea if he was associated with the salon or not. The woman doing my nails barely spoke to me and seemed to be in a bad mood. In fact, the only time she did speak to me was to ask if I brought my checkbook, since a check would be better for them than a credit card. I would have chalked it up to just an odd experience, but then I realized I'd paid $25 for a basic pedicure that came out looking no better than when I do it myself at home (and I am NOT good at doing my nails.) I came here to get my toes done and paid for the most expensive pedicure. In less than two days they were already chipping. I was out of town so had to wait a week to come back and they wanted to charge me $12 to fix them! I've never had anyone charge to fix a mistake or crap job they did before. The owner, I assume that's who she was, was extremely rude about the whole situation like it was my fault. So frustrating. She finally fixed them, but the whole experience was just bad. This was the worst nail spa I have ever been too. Do not recommend them to anyone! I was in and out in 20min with a gel manicure. They rushed through the whole experience. Barely removed any cuticle and didn't file some sides of my nails. The gel polish I chose was pretty much out of polish. I asked the technician about it being low in polish and she said it wasn't. There was none on the brush being painted on. I had to ask to switch colors after two coats of the first. You could see my nail underneath the polish. I needed a second coat of the new color I had put on and didn't get one. You can see my nail through the "finished product" on two of my nails. Terrible job. Very very very poor quality! There are much better nail salons in Greenville. You would think one on Augusta rd would be top notch; but not this place! Never again. read more

I've been dedicated to my nail tech for quite some time. Today I decided to take a chance on something that was closer due to time. I wish I would've never done so. I received a very important text message that I had to get on a business call, so I expressed to the tech that I would go outside to take the call. She agreed so I walked out the door I noticed that my phone was about to die and I could not drop that call. The nail tech lady come running out with the phone to her ear like I was about to runoff with her Incompleted manicure. I was so appalled but I had to stay on the phone. I did go back in and immediately attempted to pay her! I was so insulted that she thought I would steal from her I waved her on as I sat in the car finishing my conference call.
