New to the area and have been trying to find a good place to get my nails done. The inside is very clean and well stocked with lots of polish options. I made an appointment online and was seated immediately. I got a gel manicure and it was really messy. The man doing my nails did a good job trimming and shaping but did a poor job with polish and cleaning up. After my manicure I waited for about 5 minutes to be seen for a pedicure. By this time lots of people started to come in with and without appointments. It was very busy and many people had to wait to be seen. There was also a customer complaining about her daughters pedicure as well if that means anything to you. A different person did my pedicure and they did a decent job. I would most likely not return for any manicure service. There were also no prices online or visible in the store. The total for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure was $65. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I was a walk-in for a basic mani/pedi. The place looks nice and clean on the outside and inside. There were 3 Tecks inside with one customer other than me. I was directed to the pedi chair with little conversation, not even a hello. The long and short of it was that the quality of the work was substandard. Their tools weren't sterilized and I got infections on two toes on my feet and hands. She barely shaped the nails. If I could call and cancel the charges I would. STAY AWAY! read more

Public bathroom ( which are a plus for me), plenty color and service options. I also loved their salon massage chairs. You can tell Maya takes pride in her business. I came to get an almond French manicure with acrylics. My experience was not what I expected. I was very excited to try this nail salon because the photos and reviews were great. My technician was sooo nice and my nails tuned out to look pretty good. However, the filing and drilling process HURT SO BAD. I have a pretty good pain tolerance but this brought tears to my eyes. When my nails were done they were bleeding and burning whenever they touched anything. I NEVER leave bad reviews but I felt like my experience should be shared. read more

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place although it might've been better with a different nail technician. She was terrible, and she kept on pinching my toes. There was hardly any massage and she didn't do well with the callus treatment. I personally was not at all impressed with the service or quality of my nails at all. The lady who did my nails 1000% rushed and left residual acrylic all over my fingers, cut me multiple times, didn't paint the whole fingernail, and left my nails and French tip very uneven. Not to mention the tip of my nails are very bumpy because she didn't even paint the top coat on the entire nail. I even showed a picture of what I wanted and my nails look nothing like it. It is so unbelievably difficult to find a nail salon you truly enjoy and are satisfied with. Well today that changed! I was visiting from out of town and fell in love with this nail salon. The salon is clean and they ask you wear a mask which made me feel comfortable. The service was amazing and Maya herself took care of me. I like the dip powder and Maya did a remarkable job! My nails before were too think and looked bubbly but my nails now look more natural. Im obsessed with the job she did! First of all, I went first thing in the morning, hardly any people in there and I waited 1hr 12 min. They kept letting people go in front of me saying "they were here earlier and wait was too long". Well, to me (and most of the population) believe that once you leave, you step out of line. That means you lose youe place and go to the back of the line!! I went in for a fill in. 2 nails were lifted and literally about to come off. Instead of removing them, the tech just glued them back down. So, now there's 2 layers of glue... Then, when the tech filled them in, she used just enough to even have averting on the brush (in my 20+ yrs of having my nails done, I've never seen someone use so little powder). I requested her to be gentle with the nail file as I'm thin skinned, on blood thinners, so I can get cut easily and I'll bleed pretty bad. Long story short, she ended up cutting me a few times and I bled. No apologies. When she was done, you could still see (on every nail) where the previous nails grew out in the nail bed. When I went to pay, they charged me $65. FOR WHAT?? I had regular powder, no nail removal, no nail design, no gel. This is absolutely rediculous. I told Maya that I was told over the phone it was $35 for a regular fill in (which is normal). She said "but you got gel". Um, "no I didn't. I got regular powder, which was applied so thin you can still see lines from the previous fill in." She then told me "no. Gel coat". I told her that "I never asked for anything gel" but that "in fact, I was never asked about a top coat. The v tech just chose it." I also added, "wait! Even if she put a gel coat on, that doesn't cost $30." All she could say is my total is $65. So, instead of explaining how a gel coat, that YOUR tech opted to use, costed $30 to apply??? There's no way possible and that's why she couldn't explain it. I've only been in SC since late last year and this was the 2nd time I had been to a nail salon since Feb 2019. I went to this salon due to the reviews and location, but so far finding a nail tech here has been a horrible experience. Overpriced for what you get and what you get is not what you asked for. Your techs should never do a service that wasn't requested. Oh, and before I forget, please make sure they ALWAYS apply antifungal and bonding solution. My tech did NOT do that. Because there was such a thin layer of powder with no bonding solution, all of my nails lifted AND came off within 8 days. Due to this, I will not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been here several times in the last year but this will be my last time. I made an 11am appointment three days prior and after waiting till 12:20 I asked for a towel as my once hot water that my feet were in was now lukewarm from being in the foot tub for an hour. The nail tech, who I think is the owner, came running over and said she would do them "it'll take 15 minutes." First of all she was doing someone's nails, so you're going to leave them to do a quick pedicure? Secondly I did not book a quick pedicure. She kept begging me to please let her do it or one of the other girls will be done in a few minutes, we're shorthanded because someone called out (I've been here enough times to know this is your whole staff) and I kept telling her I just wanted a towel so I could leave but she kept begging "you've been so patient, please." I finally said "I had an appointment at 11, it's now almost 12:25, no I want to leave." Why take appointments if you're not going to honor them as my time is just as valuable? I'm used to a pleasant experience in a nail salon, which being in a small city you probably will not get, but this place with no music, a tv on but no sound, not even a bottle of water offered and you expect people to want to come back? I would not recommend this salon. I would like to thank the customer who was waiting when I walked in for offering me to go in her place "as I heard you say you were here for your 11 o'clock appointment." I told her no thank you as I'm sure I'll be called back soon... little did I know. You were very kind and thank you and it's too bad the owner is not that observant. read more

the owner is a rude and disrespectful person who rushes through her manicures and rips/cuts your cuticles in the process. While she was giving me a simple acrylic manicure i timidly asked her to fix the shape up a bit because they were huge and lumpy. She freaked out and threaten to charge me double. I nicely stated I would leave if she didn't want to do it, but that just made her more mad. She constantly complained while "fixing" it and when I told her I understood that it was fristrating for her so I'm more than happy to go elsewhere, she just got more angry and attempted to make fun of me in front of the other clients around. I felt so disrespected and attacked, I was just shaking in my chair waiting for her to finish even thought they still looked bad. Then she charged me $75 for a simple acrylic set with polish and no art or anything. When I asked her to break down the price she refused. Sound a review online saying that they were a great place to have nails done so my sister and I went there I called from the parking lot as if they had time to do our nails and she said yes come on in. We got in there took about 15 minutes but she put my sister in the chair and started to do her nails when she got sidetracked got up and walked away and another man walked over and took over. Three or four more people came in she helped them went to put another person in the chair next to my sister and my sister said what about my sister that's here she's been waiting almost an hour. So she puts me into a chair nobody comes over to help me at this point we've been there for over an hour and a half more people have gotten up and walked out because they're being ignored and my sister is five minutes away from her nails being done. The woman finally walked over who I assume was the owner I said OK I'm ready to do your nails and I said well I'm not gonna have them done now my sister's almost done and she said oh I'll have yours done before hers and I asked her how do you think that's possible all she needs is to have her nails painted you haven't even started with mine the lady looked at me and laughed and said I don't know how. Horrible customer service horrible communication skills however the lady didn't charge my sister to have her nails done but would never visit this establishment ever again. My cousin and I called before we walked in and they said the wait would be 5 minutes, but it ended up being 40 minutes before we were seated in a pedicure chair. My nails turned out great and I love how friendly they were and the wide selection of colors they had. Was a bit on the pricey side I did a acrylic dip powered with gold sparkles and a white base which came out to 60$ but was definitely worth getting them done. read more
