I was late for my wedding . Upon arrival Nichole had someone else in the chair and was 20 mins late. Said I would be out in a hour. Didn't have the air brush machine ready as she had indicated earlier.... Went back this week with my sister who came from Charlotte to see Nichole a second time . Was told she was running late ... 20 mins. Later said someone had a emergency... Absolutely horrible communication with my stylist, Nichole Sams Weeks, towards the end. I was able to text & or call her whenever, & she would definitely get bk w me shortly but...for some reason, my last connection w her failed. I'm thinking she decided not to get bk w me because of her failure on my hair, which by the way had happened once already. The first time was my hair turning pink on the front hairline from highlighting then the second time was my hair turning orange on the front hairline from lowlights. I was giving this girl a $20 tip every time that I saw her & still willing to go to her after the two mistakes that had happened w her doing my hair so why she couldn't get back to me is beyond me! I visited for the first time today and honestly, I couldn't be happier! Amber did a fantastic job! She listed to what I wanted and did EXACTLY what I asked. I asked for a simple trim to be rid of split ends, and shorter bangs.. I'm used to stylists cutting off a good 2-4 inches when it comes to trims, but Amber took off exactly how much I wanted, keeping the length. The atmosphere was really cute, and well decorated. WOW....sometimes reviews really work! I read reviews on this salon in quaint downtown Greer, my hometown! Great reviews about Morrison, lead me to make an appointment with her. I'm so glad I did. After having an expensive experience with extensions, at a different salon, I decided, no more!! I took them out myself, to avoid yet another high cost. Julie was great working with my wife's hair. We explained to Julie that my wife has several cowlicks that needed to be worked around and also some other needs she had.
