Me and my best friend went to this salon to get our nails done. We called to make an appointment because they were only doing appointments only. On the phone i asked how much it would be then lady said it would be $25+. we walk in the door and she said what i wanted was going to be $35. i get seated and the lady starts on my nails she then said that it's going $45, i was like tf?! the lady was rudest bitch that ever did my nails and when i would ask something she would say it as quiet as possible and cocked attitude when i would ask her to repeat what she said. i asked for coffin shape and they are so uneven on the sides and the ring fingers on both hands look like they could pop off any minute. they definitely weren't worth $45 dollars, yes i paid $20 dollars more for the shittest looking nails. almost all the employees had airpods in and i just find that kind of rude. i i gave them at least one star because it took about 30 mins total. i understand if the lady that did my nails was tired and just ready to go because it was a little bit before they closed but that doesn't give you an excuse to be a bitch. i don't recommend this place they false advertise and the nails don't even look that good. definitely weren't worth the money ! read more

My bridesmaids and I made appointments here to have pedicures and manicures the day before my wedding. After a 20-30 minute wait, we were seated for our pedis. The ladies who did the pedicures were friendly and did a good job. I was under immense stress as the bride, and I started feeling very faint, but I then had to wait for the "nail artist" for 45 minutes to start on my manicure. I wanted an ombré effect on my nails for the wedding, and I had picked out two colors of dip powder. They were going to be different colors than the picture I had, but I needed the picture as a reference. When I was FINALLY seated in front of the female "nail artist", she was the rudest bitch I have ever done business with! She asked me which colors I wanted, and when I said, "Let me show you the picture...", she didn't even let me finish telling her, so I can explain which colors I want where..." before she was YELLING at me..."WHICH COLORS YOU WANT?!!" She is lucky I didn't pull her across the counter at that point! Then I told her I wanted short tips added, because two of my nails had broken that morning, and I needed length. She totally ignored me and started dipping my nails. You cannot take dip powder off easily once the process has been started, so I sat there FUMING! She would repeatedly demand I place my hands in front of the fan, as if I knew what I was doing. She was completely unprofessional, hateful, did NOT use the right colors, AND did not add tips...SOOOO, needless to say, my nails were chopped back to look like a 5-year-old nail biter...on my wedding day. I made sure to tell everyone I saw who did this horrendous manicure. In addition, 5 days later on my honeymoon, one of my nails chipped badly...which should never happen with dip powder if it is applied correctly. I will NEVER go to this so-called "nail artist" again, and someone needs to explain to her that in America, you don't talk to people (brides or not) with such disrespect, do a shitty job, and still have a job. And just FYI, this was NOT a language barrier issue, this was an attitude issue. This girl is ruining it for the rest of the employees there. The lady that did my nails was very curt and rude. She completely butchered my cuticles, and then said she couldn't understand what I was saying when I asked her to fix them. My ring finger on my left hand was even bleeding because she did a poor job filing down my nails. I would NOT recommend this nail salon. I paid $35 for gel polish on acrylic tips, and I still have to go home and tend to my cuticles. read more

HORRIBLE experience!!! My hands were left soaking in a bowl of acetone for more than 40 minutes while he worked on 2 other clients. I had an appointment at 3:15. Finally at 4:00 the guy comes by to check my nails for the first time. My hands were peeling from being burned by acetone!! I left and went to the BEAUTIFUL new nail place in the same shopping center called TLC NAILS. They literally rescued me by pampering me, fixing the atrocity done to me and treating me like royalty!! read more

Every time we go into this business they are extremely rude. They are extremely racist. The last visit we had they were rude to two of my friends, skipping over them in line and allow other customers to get taken care of first rather than taking care of each customer in order. They also cut my toes while doing my pedicure. They left me sitting in the pedicure chair for an hour and a half before I was able to get service. Today they were overtly racist, rude, and condescending. I do not recommend this business to anyone, as I am sure you will leave with cuts, bad nails, and terrible customer service after waiting for hours. read more

I'm giving one star because you have to at least give A star to write review. 1st off I've been to this nail salon before, MANY TIMES ,in fact. So I see they are busy...but they have" Walk Ins Welcome" on their door so I called from the parking lot to see if I could be fit in. I'm handicapped and didn't want to walk in if it wasn't possible to be accommodated. She asked me if i could come back at 6:30. I told her no. I can't be out for that long because my pain won't allow me to sit or stand for long periods of time. I hardly noticed that by the time I was offered a color choice and escorted to a table I had to stand and wait while the girl being serviced put her shoes on and moved to another section of the salon by witch time(it was 6:30) I was sat at the table she vacated and the tools,(acrylic bowls) and dirty towel was left behind. I didn't say anything. I thought, when my nail tech comes I'll get a new towel. No problem. But then I continued to be left sitting there. My pain was outrageously crucial by now, so I asked, " How much longer will it be before you can start my fill in?" A man told me he would do my nails when he was finished with his current customer. I looked. It seemed like I had just a few more minutes to wait; but before he got done another nail tech said "come to this other table"....SO My crippled ass had to get up and move AGAIN!! The Man that I had been waiting for laughed and said I had sat down at the wrong table...like the wait was my fault. Because I had sat down in the wrong spot. I said out loud "No I sat down where I was told to sit down. You can laugh at yourself for the mix up", I didn't make this any bigger of an issue until I pumped some hand sanitizer on my hands after moving to the "RIGHT" spot. The new nail tech that had me at her mercy now SCOLDED me like I was her child! ,"NO!. NOW I CAN'T DO THEM! YOU DON'T DO THAT!, To that I replied: ,I've been sitting at a dirty table for an Hour and I can't get up again to wash my hands before you start my nails ; my back has had it!" She then said..."That table not dirty !" Like I didn't just LIVE the review above ! I got my hurt sore back up on weak legs and walked out. I told the Owner...who knows my mother and I used to be REGULARS! I'll never come back here. I also wanted a full set they took their time on feet and because it was almost time for them to close I had to get a rush job on my full set. 5 days later all of my nails POPPED OFF!!!! Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated today the man that was there was disgustingly rude and disrespectful for no reason he sat there and yelled at me and told me that if I wanted respect I needed to give respect but every time that I have went and he has been there he is always put us to the side or has been rude and rushed us and it very clearly talked about us in his language my family has been giving this place money for years we have been customers for over five years two times a month but the way my family and I have been treated will not happen again this place will not have our service we never left there without paying at least $100 per person every time we went not to include Tip today was the last time they will ever see me in this place I will make an appoint to let people know that they do not need to get their nails done here the man was rude disrespectful and continued to yell at me and say disrespectful things after I told him that he needed to quit speaking to me the staff came in and he very clearly was talking about me the staff all looked at me and laughed at me and after I told him that he needs did to quit speaking to me like that that I was coming to give him my money and give him my business he told me that I needed to leave but before this I signed in he didn't acknowledge me he didn't offered to let me look at colors he still let people come in that came in after me and sat them and was attentive to them and he just had me sitting at the front waiting to be acknowledged so after a while I went up to him and asked them if I was going to get service that people that came in after me had already been seated and I had not he continue to be disrespectful and went as far as to say that he did me a favor by opening early even though when I walked in there was already people there I am disgusted and that place will not see another dime of my money or my families they have lost faithful customers and from the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one these people will talk about you and I could go as far as to say that unless you're paying good money they look at you like you are beneath them and as the years have gone by the quality of everything they do has diminished however across the shopping center there is a new place TLC nails spa and it is wonderful they are friendly and attentive and I would 100% recommend over this place read more

I love this nail salon. They are all excellent and do a great job. I have gone to many nail salons in Easley and this one by far is the best in service and quality of work. Plus they are very friendly and kind. Prices are reasonable. Wait times vary but for the most part they do their best to get you out as quickly as possible. read more

My daughter and I went here the Saturday before Easter, so it was packed. We had to wait about 40 minutes before they started, but again the Saturday before Easter. Once seated and finally had someone come over to start our pedicure, we had the best experience. They were very engaging and funny and friendly.
