Okay so I hate leaving unsatisfying reviews but unfortunately I was not impressed with the work I…read morehad done. Originally, upon completion of my gel x full set and pedicure I was happy. I got my nails done the same day of my birthday party, my pedicure did not last through the night. I added an enhancement to my toe nail so they would be even and perfect, the extra enhancement broke before the night ended. Fair enough. Wasn't going to complain, it happens. Last night, not even a week since I got my full set my index finger broke off and I had to glue it back on with nail glue. I got my nails done March 6, broke by March 12 -- 6 days. Probably won't be back. Everyone was nice but I need my nails to hold up at leaaaaaaaast a week before my nails start breaking and looking funky, we pay too much money for half ass jobs. Thanks but no thanks.

Even picking out a nail color is a nice experience because the waiting area is just so aesthetically pleasing with a good playlist. I don't mind waiting also because there's a blue bottle coffee, a few stores down and other cafés. The receptionist and t nail techs are so patient and friendly, I tried to get my nails done with my baby , it was not our day. And even if I didn't work out, Anna was so understanding and welcomes me back when I can make it work. As for the the quality.... 10/10 long lasting never chipping gel nails , and as a nanny and a mom . Who is hard on her hands, your nails will hold up at least 3 wks sure with gel X ! Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived right after opening when the salon was practically…read moreempty, yet they refused to take me without any reasonable explanation. It's hard to understand how a business can turn away a paying customer when there are open stations and no visible wait. First impressions matter, and mine was that they simply didn't care about earning new business. If this is how they treat potential customers at the start of the day, I can't imagine how they handle people when they're actually busy. I took my business elsewhere, and I won't be returning. There are plenty of salons that value their customers and appreciate the opportunity to earn their business.

Great price and I really wanted to love this salon! This was my second time coming here. The first…read moretime, I saw Sammy for hard gel and was really happy with my nails, so I decided to come back for another hard gel full set. This time, my previous hard gel was lifting quite a bit (not done here) so they removed it and redid the set over my natural nails. From the top, the nails look really pretty and the shape/color are nice. However, the hard gel is extremely thin, to the point where my nails feel like they could easily break. After only 4 days, I'm already noticing lifting along the sidewalls. The tips are also noticeably thicker than the rest of the nail, which makes the nails look a little uneven/odd from the side. I really like the salon and had a great experience my first time, so I'm disappointed that this set hasn't held up the same way. I think there's definitely potential here, but I would have preferred a little more structure and consistency with the hard gel application.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Everything was terrible, from check in all the way til check out…read more First, the front desk girl seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed...mind you, the salon was so calm and quiet so I don't know what could've had her so anxious. While I'm waiting to get called, she realizes she messed up someone else's appointment who already got sat, they got her water running and everything, and they tell her she has to get up. A whole mess. This one obviously didn't affect me directly but it affected the overall experience. Then, I finally get called (I was waiting ~10 mins over my appointment time). The technician starts my nails when she gets the first phone call. I could see she's struggling balancing the nails and what seemed to be an important call cause she was also overwhelmed (idk what it is about this place but everyone is clearly overwhelmed). She hangs up, continues my nails and then she gets ANOTHER call. This time she just randomly stands up and runs to take it in the back room. Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! I was really hoping to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new nail salon in the area but this was just unacceptable.
