My mani was a gel x with a pretty simple design but I didn't feel like they had a lot of design sets or styles tbh. The original girl helping on my mani also burned me a bit with the tool that was filing down the gel x nail on top of my real nail. Also the bow on my mani was already chipped and I wish they checked this in the future before asking me to put my hands in the uv ray machine to seal. I just got these done about an hour ago too.

I had it done outside for the open air feel and while it was nice -- the sight of spiders terrified me a bit and made it slightly difficult to relax. Most of the stars for this review go to the woman who did my pedicure and not the establishment itself. Additionally, it was a bit noisy in the back where the outdoor space is and obviously that isn't the fault of the salon. However, I think it makes me reconsider this location as a place I'd frequent as the indoor space is quite crammed.

I got an…read moreabrasion from the callus removal tool because she was rubbing way too hard, and worst of all, she pushed my cuticles so forcefully that I developed a cuticle infection on my big toe. I've now spent hundreds of dollars seeing a foot specialist and had to take two rounds of oral antibiotics + apply topical antibiotic drops every single day for 2-3 months. My poor toe still does not look normal. My doctor even mentioned I might need surgery if the nail grows back abnormally. I've had to wear a bandaid or keep my toe covered at all times, even while on vacation in Hawaii--swimming was such a hassle. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend Yasko. Please be careful with your mani pedis--not just here, but anywhere. Nail infections are nothing to mess with.
