My experience was so positive. It was easy to make a reservation over the phone for same day/next day appointment. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes when I showed up for my time. This seems to be a family business, most of the people who work there are related and they seem to get along well, so the vibe was good. I grew up in this area and this was the first place I got my very first pedicure. I remember the mother use to run this place, I remember she had a young daughter that was borderline disrespectful to her mom. I believe she grew up to be T who is there now. I'm not a regular customer since I'm low maintenance, not into a weekly nail salon routine. I came in without an appointment since I remember patrons could walk in without an appointment for services. I walked in and T looked up and said "what you need?" I said a pedicure, she said "no I don't have time, like an hour" which I thought was cola but rude and offputting. I ended up waiting 30 minutes and getting my $30 pedicure. T is very friendly with the regular patrons but I think customer service for those that aren't regular patrons needs to be a bit improved. read more

I came here to get a fill and a pedi. For the fill, I had my own acrylic since I'm a traveller and just prefer the simple acrylic color that becomes hard to match when you bounce around. This caused a bit of an issue in the beginning, as I was told this isn't something I should do, and to just put a color over if it doesn't match. Something I wasn't trying to hear after doing my nails for 15 years. The result was okay, looks nice from a far but if you look closer you can see the old and the new, also its only been a few days and the clear top coat is peeling off. Probably because I was only given 1 coat and had to pay $5 for it. Overall for a $45 fill in with my own product, I'm not sure if I'd come back for that. but possibly a brand new full set. The pedicure was perfect, no complains there, and the massage chair was incredible. Might go back just for that. read more

And don't let me get started on how she can put together a color you may have seen elsewhere that they MAY not have but you'll get damn close enough to be completely satisfied. I walked in the salon 30 min before they were getting ready to close, requesting a full set and pedicure. Rose was nice enough to accept me as a walk in, just before closing and accommodate me. However, she did mention she could not offer me a pedicure. That was slightly disappointing being that my feet were really in need of some TLC. BUT her exceptional service made up for it. I can be rather picky when it comes to my nails, and she was very understanding and did exactly what I asked of her despite the time.
