I wanted to give this place a shot since it's right next to my chiro. When I called I had informed gel pedicure was $48 and acrylic full set was $65. I came in with gel from a previous nail salon , never once was I advised removing it would cost extra. I ended up paying $143 for some short acrylic nails with French tip & $54 for a gel pedicure + removal. The nails ended up being too short for my liking, I've gotten longer nails and a gel pedicure at other salons and I've paid less. It felt like a cash grab for me. read more

I've gotten gel-x mani by Hailey twice and she is great, she checks in to make sure everything is to your liking and leaves my nails looking great. I've been here twice now, and my experiences have been pretty mixed. The nail techs who have done my gel builder manicures have done a great job with the shaping, and I've been really happy with my nails. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. My pedicure started almost an hour after my appointment time, and my manicure started about 20 minutes late. I understand that busy days happen, but it made me question the point of making an appointment in the first place. The salon felt understaffed, and there wasn't much acknowledgment or communication about the delays. The biggest disappointment was the gel pedicure. It felt rushed compared to my previous visit, and just a little over a week later, one of my toes had already chipped. For a close to $50 gel pedicure, I expected it to last much longer. A gel pedicure should be able to hold up for weeks, so having it chip after barely a week was really frustrating. This salon has a lot of potential because the manicure work itself has been great, but my experiences have been inconsistent. I also don't think appointments should be booked so closely together if the salon can't realistically stay on schedule. A pedicure should feel relaxing, not rushed, and I left feeling like the service wasn't worth what I paid. read more

I wanted to like this salon under the new ownership, but after two disappointing experiences, I won't be returning. Customer service and attention to detail matter, and unfortunately, both were lacking. My first visit started over an hour late despite having an appointment. They offered a discount without me asking, but my total for Gel-X ($70) and a gel pedicure ($48) came to $118, and the "discount" ended up being just $1, which honestly felt more insulting than accommodating. I decided to give them another chance, but when I called to book an appointment, they called back hours later to say the technician I requested would be too busy. I will say that Mary did a great job on my pedicure, but the young gentleman who did my Gel-X manicure seemed rushed and ignored my repeated requests for a coffin shape. read more

Thought their service descriptions sounded good. SO glad I did. The customer service was perfect. Very pleasant, chill vibes. And EXCELLENT attention to detail on BOTH of my services. I feel like usually when you get a basic manicure as opposed to gels or the more deluxe services, your service is rushed and isn't as good. Not today. Both Hayley and Mary were thoughtful, deliberate, gentle and wonderfully detail oriented.
