It lasts 5+ weeks with no chips and allows my nails to grow longer than they ever have before. The space is clean, bright, and aesthetic. Since the appointment was for my 101-year-old patient who uses a wheelchair, I wanted to make sure we could be accommodated. When we arrived, I hadn't even made it fully inside before I asked if there was another entrance that was wheelchair accessible. The employee immediately responded, very rudely, "No, we're booked," without any apology or explanation. I was confused because I had called beforehand and was never told that they were fully booked. I calmly explained that I had called earlier, and instead of trying to help or clarify the situation, she insisted I must have called the wrong number and continued speaking with an unpleasant attitude. There was no apology for the misunderstanding, no effort to assist, and no consideration for the fact that I had brought a 101-year-old client there. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic courtesy was shocking. Even if they were fully booked, a simple apology or polite explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, it was a complete waste of time and an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business based on how we were treated.
