Best pedicure I've ever had! She was so thorough & friendly. There's something about her that's very welcoming and not fake. Now I know why she's so busy & booked all the time- she's good at what she does & it seems like she takes pride in it. Not one chip or break yet. I'm happy with her work & sweet disposition Update: I had to change my review. If you're a new client, she will see you 1-3 times but don't expect to keep booking with her. I don't think she's accepting new clients but doesn't say so when booking you for the first few times. Eventually she ignores texts & when she does answer, she'll schedule you then it starts over again- ignore/ no communication. She is very good at her job. She just needs to say 'I'm sorry I'm booked for the next month or I cannot accept any new clients' etc., instead of booking you & then ghosting you. Just discovered Helen and I am so happy to say that I have finally found my go-to nail girl!!! After reading all these great reviews I decided to book with Helen. I texted her at 10pm Thursday to make an appointment for Saturday. She responded within minutes! I booked for a pedicure and a gel fill. Not only are her prices incredible, but I can attest to all these other reviews that she does an AMAZING job. And she is so sweet, nice, and easy to talk to. She saw the picture of what I wanted and was able to execute it exactly. Do not skip the pedicure either - nowadays it is not often that you find someone who will actually massage your feet the way they should for what you're paying! She's does the best job on my nails! And she runs pretty quickly too, which helps if you are on-the-go. I'm always in and out super fast for having both my hand nails and toe nails done.
