Been coming for 3 years and i will never come again. I've come every month for dip and a pedicure since i moved to LA. Anne and the staff were always so amazing. Ever since Anne and Natasha left it's been awful. I got my dip manicure done before leaving town for a wedding and only been two weeks (a day shy) since i got my nails done and my nails were already lifting! I went in today because im finally back in town and i told them what happened and my nails didn't even last me 2.5 weeks when i usually can go 4-5 weeks between appointments from this salon particularly and this was the FIRST time I've had this issue. I told them if this is the case I'll switch to a gel manicure instead because i can't afford to come every two weeks especially if im paying more for dip for my nails to last longer. The girl and guy who are now working there told me it'll cost an additional $15 to take off my dip and switch. I told them i understand that's their normal price but my nails barely even lasted me two weeks. Having to pay $15 when i was just in is completely absurd. Especially being that they didn't provide a lasting quality. The quality was extremely poor. Paying for the switch in my opinion is crazy especially since even the top coat completely peeling off. She said if that was the case i should've called as soon as it happened to one nail. I told her regardless if i called 4 days ago i was out of town and just got back two days ago and i figured I'd come in and explain the situation i never thought to call WHILE I'm out of town and can't come in to even fix it ? The customer service has switched and whatever happened to Anne i hope she's okay but i refuse to come back any longer. I never create a fuss. Never complain about ANYTHING especially with my nails because i figure i do it every month who cares. But to come here for 3 years and my nails completely lifting off and returning so quickly i just can't believe the customer service i received. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

I entered the salon at 4:45, all technicians were busy and asked me to wait till 5:15. I was seated at 4:50 and they began the process of removing the acrylic off my nails. The technician was working two sets of hands once. I finally had her full attention by 5:20, the acrylic still not off by then. I almost decided to leave with bare nails with how slow the service was moving. The technician was visibly rushing my nails as if the store wasn't closing by 7 and I wasn't her last client. The results show how much they care. Ends not capped and polish still all over my actual fingers. I left the salon at 6:50 was actually the last person there. This service acrylic removal+ powder was $65 total. After complaining, another technician recommended I come back tomorrow for her to fix it. That's nice, however when accepting someone's money, things should be done right the first time. read more

The price is ridiculous for gel removal, I was charged $40 for removal on hands and toes not including filing or cutting just removal only which took 5 minutes! Totally a scam I won't be returning plus there were no customers I wonder why .... ( and to add they claimed that was a discount as they usually charge $50) make This make sense? read more

I used to like this place. Ann did a good job with dip powder on my nails though she works very fast, faster than any other place I've been. On my third time returning she did the most rushed job and within a day my natural nail underneath broke as she didn't file it correctly. I called to let her know what happened but didn't have time with my work schedule to get it fixed. Most of the filing on all of my nails was actually done pretty inadequately and as a result, this has been the shortest lasting manicure I've had. Then about a week in, one of my nails completely broke off and broke in the middle, quite awfully. Upon calling today my calls were ignored and blocked. I called from a different number and she answered then, when, finding out it was me she immediately hung up and stopped answering from that number. All I ask is that when someone does my nails they fix them? I was also simply trying to come in for completely set and willing to pay for it. When I find a place, I like I stay loyal to them and I'm a little bit dumbfounded by the treatment. It goes against the conversations I had with her while she was doing my nails about her being real. Never coming back here ONLY becuase of the specialist (older woman with short hair & glasses) that did my pedi. Well, my daughter loves this place since her gel manicures stay on for longer than any other place we have gone to. She's two weeks in and no chips yet, that's pretty good. My only beef with the business if that you make an appointment, and often times you arrive at the scheduled time and you still have to wait. The last time we waited, we both had appointments for 12:30 PM, they took my daughter right away but by 1:15 PM, I was still waiting for someone. At that point, I didn't want her to have to wait for me, so I just told them forget it and just finish up with my daughter's nails. I told her that we're not going back there and she was like "MOM, my nails stay nice forever, we can't not go back there." So I guess we will be back! The salon is in the Vons shopping plaza and the salon only has about 3-4 people working so I'd suggest making an appointment if you don't want to risk a little wait. I did a walk in and it was about a 30-40 minute wait but it worked out since they just put on foils for my gel manicure removal while I waited. They do get busy so don't be disappointed if you come in and they ask you to return another time. I recommend calling in advance! Even there can be a wait. Half a star. [Star4] Ambiance? I was running a little late to my appointment and Krystal and the owner Anne still took me in and they are awesome for that. The salon was really clean and are following the COVID guidelines.
