I had tried dozens of nail salons over the years in search for someone that has his attention to detail (mainly so that I could actually sit and relax while getting my nails done), rather than having anxiety like I had with every other nail technician because at least one nail was always put on crooked and it would drive me nuts!!! I can confidently say his skills are unmatched and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top quality nails. I have very VERY dry cuticles and hands and I have never had nice natural nails. Natalie had her work cut out for her and my entire experience with her has made this the best manicure I have ever had. I kid you not, every time I've had a regular manicure, the polish chipped the same day and my cuticle ended up looking scraggly within a week. This was not the case with Natalie. She is clearly an expert at her craft (and p.s. she only does regular manicures). In addition to taking such meticulous care of my cuticles and nails, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and taught me how to take care of my nails and what to look for in a good manicurist. My Mom is immune compromised due to chemo. If you are immune compromised this is not the place for you! They do not use clean instruments. Or files. Everything is just sitting in the trays in their carts. Never did I see them open a sterile package with tools. At least the women who did my moms Mani pedi were nice. The ones that did mine acted like they were mad. Maybe mad why they had to fit us in? I don't know but it was obvious they were mad. Very unfriendly & kept speaking to one another in their language like they were pissed off. Especially the woman who did my toes. Manhandling & she even cut me, and waited until the very end of the pedicure to say sorry. The cut hurt! And she even needed to get up to get disinfectant & acted even more mad. She also stopped with the nippers after so the pedicure was terrible. One of my Big toes with the gel is all lumpy too. Luckily I have muiprocin at home, it's an anti staph ointment to rub my toes down with, otherwise I'd be really worried about infection. I feel like if she wasn't so mad she probably would not have cut me, & maybe done a better job? I only gave two stars because we were previously happy here in the past. Otherwise would be a one star. I also didn't receive a proper foot massage, and the foot scrub wasn't fully removed and was left on my feet. The regular polish selection was very limited (around 20 colors that were basically the same shades). On top of that, the polish started chipping in less than two days, which suggests poor application. Overall, this felt rushed and below standard compared to much more affordable salons nearby. I won't be returning. Consider going elsewhere. This place is highly overrated.
