My nails were not smooth, the color application was uneven, and there are noticeable bumps on the nail beds. The nail tips are also rough and uncomfortable, when they should feel smooth. I returned so they could attempt to fix both my nails and pedicure, but the results were still disappointing. While I appreciate the effort to correct the work, I would have preferred a refund instead. Sadly, I won't be returning. I wanted to give this new place an opportunity, but the experience didn't meet expectations.

This has happened to me about 5 times already. I don't always have 2+ hours to spend and it's really inconvenient to have to wait for someone to service my nails when I'm on a time crunch. I may have to look into a different shop although their work is nice they just don't have a good system for managing people.

Even for my fingernail I was able to describe what I like (didn't have a picture) and they nailed it! For my pink with french tip with structured gel manicure it was $112 including tips. For my pink with french tip with structured gel manicure & pink pedicure it was $160 including tips. [keep in mind this is pricing when I went June/August 2026] One of the thing I noticed a few after my appointment is that I barely had any hangnail which is great as someone that often wash their hands and love warm water. She did a fantastic job was gentle and very detail oriented. I have very small toe nails and she still managed to make it look like I had more nail. Overall 10/10. Encouraged by my great experience I came in Friday 6/19 for another same day booked appointment for my partner and I this time. I wanted to treat her and get myself a manicure. This time I asked for Lois but she was booked so we got Jane. I figured all the nail techs would be the same quality. I understand that we were one of the last appointments of the day but the whole process felt very rushed with this nail tech, she was a bit rough on the nails for my partner and gave little cuts along her cuticle lines. I know it's a long day and having three sets of nails to do starting at 5:30 pm is a lot but I don't think that should change the quality of the job. My manicure came out nicely and she wasn't as rough with me and she is very good with nail shaping. But I watched how fast and rough she was with the nail cutting and cuticle trimming with my partner. We didn't say anything because we could feel she was just trying to get it done. At the end of the day we were looking at my partner's nails and saw that they were not evenly coated and had several gaps in the color because the polish wasn't applied evenly. Typically I wouldn't mind, but it was a rough process for her that was meant to be a relaxing treat and for the both of us 3 regular services 2 manis 1 pedi it was $125. I think for that much money A) there should be no cuts on my partner's cuticles and B) the coats should at least be evenly applied. I still tipped $20 dollars cash because I saw other reviews saying that nail techs asked for tip if you don't so just in case I tipped well (I would think) on top of the prices being high. I really like Lois's technique so I will only book with her in the future for my partner and I. I am aware we are in k-town and that the quality of polish is high, I think that's why the service should be equivalent. So either choose your nail tech well or don't book end of day appointments but that's not ideal given some people like my partner work regular 9-5's she still deserves quality service too. Also manicures are dry, didn't like that, I prefer a little soak before going into a dry nail filing followed by mechanical cuticle trim proceeded by a burning acetone rimming before polish. They did a good job on our regular mani/pedi. There were plenty of colors to choose from and the prices were reasonable. The place itself isn't fancy or posh. However I t's clean and has massage chairs. I was grateful that no one tried to upsell us. Overall, we had a delightful experience. I can definitely recommend this salon for a regular mani/pedi.
