The owner is nice ; however, her employee, Jackie, is likely to cause the business to lose customers due to the poor quality of service provided. My sister and I had our nails done, but they began to come off the very same day. Although the issue was addressed a week later, the service was delivered with an unprofessional attitude. Jackie mentioned that the owner was upset and repeatedly spoke negatively about her, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Warning !! This place is owned by new owners! Went in the other day for a manicure and pedicure gel and tips . They offered me a foot detox which I was pushed on me. Come to find out it was an extra $100!! that's something they should really should be clear about! Besides that it seems like everyone's first week doing nails, and everyone was learning. Came here for the first time yesterday. The place was small and it appeared as though they didn't have very good ventilation. You def want to wear a mask just for that. Their massage chairs are old and could be updated. The paint is chipping off. The girls do keep the place as clean as possible, just as dusting and wiping things down as they go. I went on a Sunday, you def need an appointment, for it's busy in there. A regular mani+pedi = 37.00. If you want a white French it's an extra 5.00. But since I wanted a rainbow French, the manager charged 15.00. I don't understand why, same procedure, same amount of polish. Made no sense. The girls who did my mani and pedi did a very nice job and were friendly. The music is set on low so one can chill while having their service done. This place is in a small strip mall. I moved down the block a few weeks ago and needed a new nail salon. Checked out the Yelp reviews which looked good and made an appointment. While I didn't have some of the issues other reviewers have had with making an appointment or poor experiences during the appointment, I did walk out with a very lumpy, chunky, and uneven acrylic fill. I don't remember the last time I was so disappointed by a fill. The woman who did my nails didn't even run the drill underneath my nails so there was acrylic debris chipping off from underneath my nails the next couple of days. Despite this, I still didn't intend to write a poor review, though I definitely never planned to go back. It wasn't until I noticed dark spots growing underneath my clear pink polish the last couple of days and removed the full set myself this morning to discover five of my nails now have fungal infections that I finally decided enough was enough and it was time to post. Now I have to deal with this fungal infection - yuck! read more

Worst gel acrylic fill I've had in a while... the shape is completely off and bulky. Nails are uneven, color was painted lumpy... I'm not happy with this at all. My Big Apple Red polish looked nice - however, my left big toe was smeared after receiving assurance that they were dried. Oh well. If I can give zero stars I would. I literally just left and am now back home after my "pedicure". 1. Dec 28, 2021....I called around 2:30pm and asked for a pedicure appointment. I was told to come by at 4:30pm which was not a problem 2. I arrive ate about 4:35 and had to "wait" for a bit and pick a color. There were 2 ladies seated at the foot baths closest to the door. The rest of the foot baths were open. 3. After waiting for about 15 more minutes they finally tell me to sit at one of the empty foot baths chairs. Still had to wait some and they did not get started until almost 5pm. 4. While getting serviced I noticed my feet were barely im the hot/warm water during the service. After she was done (around 5:25pm) I noticed the skin on my feet was VERY white and dry. I started to rub my feet and noticed skin started to come off in small pieces. 5. At this point I spoke up and asked why the skin was not smooth. I was then told by the woman who I guess speaks the best English that I got the basic pedicure and should have said I wanted callous removal. 6. Now I'm surprised because I thought a PEDICURE included all of that. She continued to explain (kind of like it was my fault) that the callous removal is $10 more and I didn't say I wanted that, just a pedicure. 7. I then said how would I know it was not included and cost extra. This was my first time getting a pedicure at this salon. I went back because they recently did my gel-x nails. She then said "yea, sorry about that. Here's some lotion". 8. So I didn't even receive decent lotion /oil until I said something. The nail tech who barely speaks English (very nice though) just slipped the styrofoam slides on my feet even though they clearly looked dry and white. 9. I had no problem paying the extra $10, I didn't even know how much the pedicure cost until nail tech (with the better English) just randomly said "how will you pay" while I was talking to her trying to understand why my feet looked like I never received a "PEDICURE". On top of that the nail tech filed one of my big toe nails crooked and now it's slanted. That is not how I walked in. 10. So now I'll be looking for another place to get a proper pedicure tomorrow. Which is unfortunate. 11. Here's a tip: offer the service DURING the procedure. As someone who was a first timer (for pedicure), the nail tech could have easily offered it. It's a tucked away gem in a mini plaza off La Cienega & Whitworth Drive, right before you get to Olympic Blvd. My son got a medi/Pedi for back to school and he loved the experience. The ladies/staff really do exceptional work and are very accommodating, don't be fooled by the space this place has the most skilled designer and relaxing atmosphere. I moved out of the valley back to the Mid City area and had been looking for a shop to start getting my nails done again. After searching a few shops this seemed like the best place to go for any kind of acrylic colour work. The shop is tiny and you should make an appointment especially if you want Simon to do your work. I've only had to wait about 10mins at most to get into an appointment the 3 times I've been but considering that I've had them take their time to finish a set for me I consider it a courtesy to not rush the client they're with. Cash only but there's an ATM there and Chase on Pico/ LaCienaga. My nails are perfect, they went back in and reshaped, repointed (stiletto nail ladies you know how dull they get after a few weeks), and asked questions as we went. 100% would recommend, I send everybody who gives me a compliment here and will be returning. read more

She received a manicure and pedicure, wasn't massaged with lotion for either service and her nails were already messing up an hour after her manicure was done, while the older woman did fix them for her.. they were all messed up a couple of hours later and poorly done. My service lasted longer so I wasn't able to see or hear about this right away. This was her first time getting color done and she wasn't properly serviced like every other feminine presenting person in there. Secondly, heads up.. they only take cash or zelle, yes they have an atm machine on site, that's if you even carry an atm card on hand. Third thing that really bothered me as it will to others, is they over charge on everything including trimming your nails they add an extra charge, which is absolutely insane since the whole point of getting your nails done is to cut down the nails! I called before and they said I could come in and get seated right away. I was there in 15 minutes and ended up having to wait about 20-25 mins to get in. If you're going here for a pedicure, I wouldn't. They have chairs with the massage buckets and the rest that they use did not feel stable. So I went on yelp on a hunt to find a good nail salon to get my nails done for graduation. I loved the service and the job done. I hardly get my nails done but I just had to do a review for the following. 1. I got cut TWICE. About twice on my pinky and once on my thumb. The first time I told the lady that it hurt she tried her best to be gentle with the machine. You can see on the pictures below "I am not a cry baby" it's deep cuts. 2. The sides of my nails were missing nail polish. I didn't want to bother so I just left it as is. 3. The price was a bit pricey or up there but it was defiantly worth it! It was $45. The person who helped me took her time and really perfected each nail to the best of her ability. 4. Parking is a hassle. On the lot very few spots and on the lower parking lot seemed to be only for the staff :/ The only down side for not giving this place 5 stars is for cutting me twice on my cuticle. It still hurts wish I could have received a few dollars off for the discomfort. Over all, I am highly satisfied with the outcome and the final product. I get lots of compliments and will return back in the future. Just be aware of cuticle cuts. read more

Simon, Seven or Rachel are really good for Acrylic / ombré sets. Rubi is the best one for Pedicures she's very detailed and careful. Prices are a bit up there but I think they do a very good job so it's worth it. Tried many other shops and they charge a lot and don't do a good job. Is best to call and make an appointment. Expect to wait regardless as this venue is very small and people are always coming in as walk ins. They are all very nice and it is my go to spot..I recommend the Ombre Set , and for filling I recommend getting short nails they look better . :) read more

I've been wanting to switch nail shops for a while now because the one I was going to before was not satisfying my expectations of acrylic nails, they were always crooked and never lasted, also service wasn't that great. I made an appointment at 3 and they responded right away. When I got to the shop it was a cute little space but not super cramped, it was very clean though which I appreciated. Only con was that I did have to wait around 25-30 minutes even though I made an appointment but I'm patient so I didn't mind and it went by fast. I got sat down with Seven who is very sweet and is very meticulous with your nails. He took his time and made sure each was made to perfection! They were all very friendly and I will be coming back!
