I'm taking a star off because they don't manage their appointments well. There have been multiple times where I make an appointment for 10 am because I have other stuff to do, yet they work on other people who don't have an appointment right at opening. This has happened to me about 5 times already. I don't always have 2+ hours to spend and it's really inconvenient to have to wait for someone to service my nails when I'm on a time crunch. I may have to look into a different shop although their work is nice they just don't have a good system for managing people. read more

I bought the deluxe pedicure and it was well worth it. I am so grateful they got rid of all the callous skin. The massage was perfect and the hot gel soak his leg wrap made me feel like I was in heaven. It is well worth the deal parking is a little bit of a challenge, but I just walked over and I don't regret it. read more

They have excellent workers there and do best in their job. The only downside of it is they charge however they want and sometimes it's fair or right because they should have price range and people can decide what service they need and in top of that you have to tip it should be up to the customer not on them. read more

Had an appointment but they didn't take my name, showed up early was told to have a seat and there was no confusion. Waited 15 minutes while everyone was helping other people. It showed that they obviously made an appointment but they aren't available. They just want customers. I don't have time, but I would love to wait if I could. read more

Service was fantastic but be wary of predatory pricing! I got a regular gel manicure ($38) and ended up being charged $96 - not including tip. That's a massive price increase and there was no transparency with the additional charges. They told me it was because ombre designs cost an extra $30 and nail art costed another $30. On their menu of prices ombre wasn't listed at all and I wouldn't have gotten it if I knew it costed so much. The nail art is listed as $5+ with no further description. My nails turned out fantastic and the artist who did them was extremely meticulous and very talented! I appreciated the thorough service, so I was even more disappointed with the lack of price transparency. My friend got a whole Gel X set for 85, so it really does not make sense that I was charged so much. If I could charge back I would lol read more

10/10! I stopped in for the first time on Saturday morning without an appointment and was immediately welcomed by the staff. I loved how clean everything was in the salon. The workers were sweet. They took their time on my nails and it definitely showed it the end result. Got a gel manicure $38 and a basic pedicure $30. Prices are decent for LA area. Parking can be tricky due to all the Goodwill in the center, but just hang around and you should find a spot. read more

zerO stars, do not recommend. It's a nail salon rippoff shop, i booked and paid for services in advance from across the country for my sister's birthday. they did Not following instructions. I booked for gelx online, they charged me online in advance and still charge the full price in person. It was late for me to realize. Customer service is also really bad. my sister had a HORRIFYING experience and when I called the salon, the manager she did nothing but argue with me. read more

This was my first time ever trying out this nail spot, and I'm so glad I came. I will just start by saying that the small plaza it's in has a tiny parking lot and competing parking with Goodwill Customers next door, so prepare for that. But this place has been around for 2 years apparently and I can't believe I just found out about it. I got a gel polish, soft spa pedicure where they remove your callus and that was $55 which is sort of up there on price surprisingly, especially for the location it's in. But for the service it's reasonable. I also got it done by MeAnne and she was super sweet and did a great job! I'll for sure be requesting for her again. Now my nails! I am usually an acrylic girly, but this was the first time I was open to trying out gel x. I showed Kevin a photo of exactly what I wanted and he just looked at it for 5 seconds and said ok. Not gonna lie, I was hesitant, as I usually am, because I am a) picky, b) what I ask for isn't easy c) just jaded from other spots I've been to. Some are either honest and just outright tell me they can't do it, or some try and fail miserably and I get stuck with unwanted nails for a week. But this was NOT the case! Kevin was meticulous, took his time with each layer of polish, and how he filed my nails. I knew after 10 minutes of him working on my nails that I would appreciate his work and level of detail. Now these nails were $145 which were steeper than what I'm normally used to, but honestly, these feel like they would last 3 weeks or more and in girl math, if I have to spend $200 /month on my nails that I'm super happy with?! Then I'm cool with that. MeAnne was also nice enough to take these photos, she knows what she's doing. So needless to say, I'm coming back!! read more

I've been here twice and will say that this company has absolutely excellent customer service. I've gotten my nails done by both Jenny and Kevin and really appreciate how they take their time to do nails and try to accommodate their clients needs while educating their clients of best practices for nail care. Jenny is super sweet and accommodating and does an amazing job. I really loved how she designed the brown and white nails and found that to be my favorite set thus far! I had a great experience at this salon - they have pedicure chairs and do gel x dipping powder acrylic and design. Lots of gel colors, powder colors, foils, rhinestones and the brand they use for their gel color is top notch! Not just OPI.. Jenny did a great job on my marble design with gold foil and I can tell she does great nail art work Kevin took off my old gel x and did a fantasticcc job cleaning my nails and prepping for a new set! He did not hurt me removing an old set, major plus Billy did my pedicure and was so thorough and meticulous from my cuticles to my callus removal to my massage. I am super picky with pedicures and I loved how he took the time for each one of my toes haha I would come back to this salon and recommend to friends read more

I tried. They were cordial, but no one felt warm. This is no "luxury" experience like some reviewers mention, it's actually pretty basic of a nail salon in this day & age. I had an appointment for 4pm, they looked extremely short staffed, I had to wait about 10 minutes, then there was no hot water for my pedicure, so I waited another 10 minutes. No offer of any beverage while I waited, no empathy or accommodation really, just being told to wait for the hot water...like huh? The girl who did my pedicure was nice, she tried, but the service along with the experience was sub-par. I'm actually really annoyed by this waste of money, I'm going on vacation for my birthday & my toes aren't even done well. They missing gel on some areas & the foot scrub she did was lacking & only worsened my feet. This whole thing was not worth $45+tip. You get way more elsewhere for that price. read more

My definitely my last time going to this f....... nail salon. Their service was the worst. the guy only file the nails with the drill even though I told him not to because my nails are already thin, rushed me, didn't cut the cuticles, My nails were chunky, nails too long, and he did not clean up my nail beds. I've had a lot of trouble finding a decent spot to get both a mani and pedi at the same time in the downtown LA area. I usually have to go to a private manicurist to get my nails properly done, as opposed to a salon. I've only been here once but I'm not mad at my results. My new favorite nail salon! I saw they had 5 star reviews on Yelp so I wanted to give it a try. I've been looking for a nail salon for the longest that does good work. Odd nail out did not disappoint! I came as a walk in and only had to wait about 10-15 minutes before being seating in the pedicure chair. Kevin took care of my pedi and though I had to cut my nails shorter than expected, he made my gel pedicure look very cute and neat! Joanna did a gel manicure on my natural nails and took her time, paying close attention to detail. I've been growing out my natural nails with Gel X for some months now so I was nervous about letting someone give them a shape. Joanna did almond shape and made them look so cute and feminine not to mention how well she executed the design I sent her a photo of. I'll definitely be returning! read more

While I appreciate the effort to correct the work, I would have preferred a refund instead. Sadly, I won't be returning. She did a fantastic job was gentle and very detail oriented. I have very small toe nails and she still managed to make it look like I had more nail. Overall 10/10. Encouraged by my great experience I came in Friday 6/19 for another same day booked appointment for my partner and I this time. I wanted to treat her and get myself a manicure. This time I asked for Lois but she was booked so we got Jane. I figured all the nail techs would be the same quality. I understand that we were one of the last appointments of the day but the whole process felt very rushed with this nail tech, she was a bit rough on the nails for my partner and gave little cuts along her cuticle lines. I know it's a long day and having three sets of nails to do starting at 5:30 pm is a lot but I don't think that should change the quality of the job. My manicure came out nicely and she wasn't as rough with me and she is very good with nail shaping. But I watched how fast and rough she was with the nail cutting and cuticle trimming with my partner. We didn't say anything because we could feel she was just trying to get it done. At the end of the day we were looking at my partner's nails and saw that they were not evenly coated and had several gaps in the color because the polish wasn't applied evenly. Typically I wouldn't mind, but it was a rough process for her that was meant to be a relaxing treat and for the both of us 3 regular services 2 manis 1 pedi it was $125. I think for that much money A) there should be no cuts on my partner's cuticles and B) the coats should at least be evenly applied. I still tipped $20 dollars cash because I saw other reviews saying that nail techs asked for tip if you don't so just in case I tipped well (I would think) on top of the prices being high. I really like Lois's technique so I will only book with her in the future for my partner and I. I am aware we are in k-town and that the quality of polish is high, I think that's why the service should be equivalent. So either choose your nail tech well or don't book end of day appointments but that's not ideal given some people like my partner work regular 9-5's she still deserves quality service too. Picture of my partner's cut cuticles and uneven polish below. Also manicures are dry, didn't like that, I prefer a little soak before going into a dry nail filing followed by mechanical cuticle trim proceeded by a burning acetone rimming before polish. Not a soothing feeling.

I'm so picky with my nail shape, nail health, details, etc but they really focus on caring for your natural nails + always have the most detail-oriented designs and the most elegant, clean manicures if you want something more elaborate. Stacy and Lois are the best technicians and take such pride in their work. And the booking process is always so easy and seamless and I find they always find time to fit you in, even with a busy schedule. I truly recommend this place + hope everyone loves them as much as I do.

I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

i always love the way my nails come out! i've been getting my nails done here for about a year! they all have cost me over 130 dollars with tip and designs! my first nail set had hand drawn flowers and lasted about 2 months! my nails always last about 2 months so for the price i'd say it's pretty good! i think i paid 145 for the first set (with tip), 140 for the second set (with tip) and 145 for my last set (with tip)! my nails have always cost 130 or 135, i give them around 5-10 dollars of tip since the nails truly come out amazing! i unfortunately don't have pictures of my second or third set i've done with them but i do have the first set i've done with them! they were outgrown since i was on vacation and didn't know any good nail techs but this place is amazing! it's clean, has nice workers, and has an amazing vibe! also the charms stay on the nails! i had a butterfly charm on my nails and it stayed on there for about 2 months! truly such an amazing nail salon read more
