I was a walk-in and they were able to fit me in really quickly unfortunately, as they were doing my pedicure, they cut me twice on both of my toes. Didn't even tell me I was bleeding until I leave the shop. I noticed one of them is bleeding the other one has blood in both of my toes are hurt. The vibe was really nice. They were very caring. They were very nice about things. Unfortunately, it was just a pedicure service that they throw me off especially having two cuts on both of my toes. read more

I don't recommend anyone coming here. I came here for a simple gel x removal. I called ahead he told me to come at 6:10 I arrived and waited until 6:45 no problem I didn't have an appointment and I heard staff mention they were understaffed so I was understanding. While I was waiting I kept hearing the lady next to me complain about her nails I should've left then. Someone finally comes to help me she's standing up with her purse on and starts cutting my nails aggressively. She goes back to one nail to cut it shorter not sure why and gets to close causing me to bleed. She then laughs and after I asked her was it funny so act like she couldn't hear me. I left in pain no apology no band aid nothing. I do not recommend! read more

I had the best experience at this nail salon. I got a gel mani and pedi, and not only were they kind enough to accommodate me so close to closing time, but they took their time and gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had in my life! They were thorough, they were meticulous, and I got a nice, long leg massage. The gentleman who did my pedicure took his time and even though I got just a basic pedicure, he gave me the best service and most complete care I could have asked for. The woman who did my nails, was gentle and kind and listened to how I like them, and did a perfect job! I highly recommend this place. They are clean, sanitized and treat customers with care and respect. They take pride in the service they provide and don't try to just rush through it. I've been coming here for years, more than 10+ years & it's so sad the disrespect that I received today especially from Tony. To be a manager & manage a location who customers come in, the attitude should be more sincere instead of having a smirk on his face as if everything you're saying to him is funny & stupid. To top it off, it is RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL that among you & your employees speak your native language as you are staring at the customers. I had the worst experience here, the lady that did my feet barely spoke english so i pulled out my translator and she still didnt understand so they got someone else to translate and she still didnt do what i asked. I asked for pedicure package number 2 and she told me number 3 was better but i told her i didnt want it. She gave me package number 3 against my wishes which was $10 more, and i didnt know until i asked to pay and they told me the total. After i told them the total was wrong they tried to tell me that i told the lady out my mouth that i wanted the more expensive package (they said they heard me say it ) and i specifically asked for the cheaper package so that i could have money to tip but that when straight out the window with this horrible service. She would ignore my question and continue to do them. When she was done she said it would be $100. I usually pay $75 for what I get done but $100 was crazy. UPDATE: 1/4: within 6 days my nails starting showing dark spots where the nail polish wasn't done properly. I called the salon to have them redone as this was simply unacceptable. Tony the manager easily arranged an appt day of with a different nail tech free of charge. When I showed up, I requested french tip (really for pain and suffering) but I literally had to argue about being charge $7 extra which I wasn't impressed about. It was the principle of the matter that I had to come back and waste my time. Eventually the owners came to agree and had the nail tech redo my nails as requested. Nancy did a good job. I added a 1 more star because I feel that they should have been more accommodating without having a full blown argument over a measly $7. I've attached a photo of my new nails. Went to this place for a simple soak off/acrylic nail removal. (I called in advance as well and was not informed that everything is outside, not a problem but would've liked to know. I was also told I could come at any time and be serviced but was told differently when I arrived.) Received the service and went to pay. The service was only $10 but I was told after the fact that it's a $15 credit card minimum, which I thought was explicitly unreasonable. I expressed my shock and one of the attendants laughed at me. I guess she thought she was being discreet but 'ha ha' she wasn't! The problem wasn't even that, though. I got home and I'm now having to scrape my nails myself because there is still acrylic on all of my nails with the exception of the pinkies! I understand it can be difficult to do soak offs because it gets hard to see the acrylic after a certain point. And I do usually find that there may be just a little left over on a nail or two. But 8/10 of my nails are in terrible shape now and I basically paid $15 to do the job myself. It wasn't as bad as pictured when I left the shop otherwise I would've said something, but such is the problem now that this has become an at home project. read more

I came here after a friend recommended it (my usual nail place closed the days that were most convenient to me ) & im sooo glad I did !! The staff is great & although there's almost always a wait its worth it! The first set i got was 57$ for gel acrylic with holographic on the tips & its my favorite set so far. This place is always my go to for my nails and my eyebrows! The staff is so friendly and they make sure you get exactly what you want. They always do a fantastic job. The shop is clean and neat and you usually don't have to wait a long time. I've gotten gel manicures, pedicures, and acrylics done here. I usually only go to Tony for that but everyone here is great and efficient! I would get my nails done by anyone here honestly. They have a great selection of colors! I came here the other day and asked for an acrylic pedicure which Ive gotten here before one other time and to start off they had me waiting forever while other nail techs were just sitting around and it wasn't even busy. It was on Monday around 4pm. The last time I got this same service I went for, Tony was the one to do it and he did a nice job and it cost me $65 because I got French tip and gel. This recent time I went though, besides the waiting, the lady named Holly that was doing it was suggesting not to do it because it damages the natural nails which I am aware of but I want what I want, and I am paying. She did it anyways, but she added tips, never have they ever done that anywhere and I get acrylic on my toes all the time. They usually do acrylic overlay on my natural toenails, and that is also what they did last time I went to this location. Okay so whatever, she ends up taking over 2 HOURS long to do this pedicure and my son was there super impatient and hungry at this point which he usually is patient but it literally took waaaaay too long i was pretty upset as well and I was tired of sitting down for so long! I have issues and went home in a lot of pain from the long sit time! I went here because of the price I paid last time and i was expecting the same results and in the end she ends up charging me $95 for a pedicure!!!! I know I could've said something then and there but I'm not too good with confrontation especially when I feel they cant understand the language! Because to be honest every time I tried to communicate she would just laugh and I didn't understand why she was laughing, I figured she didn't understand me so I stopped trying because i was getting mad, i didn't want to be mean but their whole way of running business is very amateur and I don't understand how people genuinely like to go there or maybe they just have favorites??? I was not expecting to be charged $95 and my nice a** still tipped her $5 ugh! I came home and saw that the gel polish job is so crappy! I got gel for the reason that it looks nicer and last longer and it's so ugly I hate it. I wanted to call the next day to complain but I couldn't find the words. I'm just very regretful of this experience and don't plan to go back here ever again. I'm a local and have been here before plenty of times back in the day but I work way too hard to be charged so much for a bad job! I'd rather support smaller nail techs who take pride in their work and do an amazing job! It's not even that I'm mad I paid $95+ for a pedicure, if it was a good pedicure I would've been understanding. BUT IT WASN'T!
