It's now been a year that I have been a regular customer, and I am very happy with their service. I enjoy Rose's enthusiasm and jovial spirit, not to mention her honesty. I recently forgot my credit card before leaving abroad and how relieved was I to learn that Rose had saved it for me! In the rush of things, I'd left it behind. Rose recently remodeled her seats to give her customers an upgraded experience. So you get two for one, an awesome fresh nail look accompanied by a de-stressing massage! I am especially pleased with Lana, who is my frequent nail stylist. She's respectful to my requests, very efficient (as I'm usually tight on time), and experienced at her job. I've been going to Rose's for over a year and I have no doubt that I will keep coming back until I can't. I usually get a gel manicure here, the color selection is really wide. Even if I regret the color I get, the manicurists will find a way to enhance the nail design with art or a chrome powder so you can go home happy. All the manicurists are highly skilled and it's very clear that are proud of the quality of work they can provide. They listen to your concerns about nail shape or weak skin and are very careful with their cuticle removal process. I also sometimes get my eyebrows waxed here and the process is really quick and simple. The salon has a classic, no-nonsense environment. I had an event and was on a time crunch. I wasn't planning on getting a pedi because procrastination took over and ya girl got lazy. but I saw this nail shop while driving to my event and didn't have much time to spare so I quickly ran in and asked if it could be done in time because homegirl needed to go. Luckily it wasn't so busy so they were able to get started right away. Wendy sat me down and got started on my gel pedi immediately. She was so nice and understood the assignment. It's been two weeks and my mani still looks brand new. Everyone was really nice. I didn't let them know I'm Vietnamese and never once heard any of the salon ladies say anything rude. Will def come back when I'm in the area. Oh and there's a large parking structure. If there's no parking on the ground floor, make sure you pull underground ! I have been to Rose's twice prior to my last visit for a full set and pedi with all white nail polish. I was satisfied. The last time I stopped by, the woman who did my fill was chosen to do my new full set, with french tip. I had stopped by the night before my grandfather's funeral, so these nails were pretty important for me. I showed the style of french tip pedi I wanted, and unfortunately the woman didn't follow the inspo photo at all. I asked for my toenails to all be square shaped with a medium-looking white tip. The white tips she gave me were barely there. On top of being pressured to invest in multiple add-ons to my pedi I was at the very least hoping she'd correct them. On to the worst part, the french tip full set. Dear God. I was one of the first clients at the nail salon since I came the moment they opened. Usually when a nail artist doesn't do a great job I blame it on then having a long day...but I was this artist's first client of the day. Her hand trembled as she hand painted the white tips. I watched her mess up the shape completely, and miss so many areas of the nail as far as painting goes that it almost became pointless to correct her. I really was empathetic and kind, almost too kind, since I too am am a veteran in the beauty field, 10 years to be exact. I was in a rush to get out because it took my nail artist a very long time to finish so I didn't get to really examine the nails at the salon, but when I got in my car....HOLY COW. The full set of nails were unsymmetrical, had areas where there wasn't any nail polish and worst of all, all the white arches were painted crooked. I wanted to give this place a great review, but for the amount of money they charged me I have to warn others to not get a french tip full set here, especially if you're seeking oval shaped, long nails. Just peep the photos I included. I got my nails done at a place closer to where my mom lives in Lake Elsinore and they were baffled. They corrected everything thankfully just in time for the funeral and charged me way less than Rose's Nails. Side note: Rose, who has done my pedi before is great. And this is nothing personal towards her artists who are all kind. It just seems that a couple artists are complacent with their work, and don't have an eye for detail. I'm giving this business a one star because the customer service is terrible and the nail technicians DO NOT know how to follow instructions. I've gotten a gel manicure here several times before, and the service I received at that time was good. I even gave them a five-star review in the past. Recently, however, during the quarantine, I made an appointment and went in for a french manicure. This was for my best friend's wedding so it was a big deal to me. For these nails, I requested a very specific length and shape, but the technician cut them way too short. She didn't listen. She was rough with my hands and cut my fingers with the drill bit and they started bleeding! She told me I'm fine, but personally I have never had this happen to me before at a salon. Afterward, I walked away feeling sad about the way my nails look. I have a photo attached for reference. Then, only 3 days later, air bubbles started to form underneath the acrylics! I called them asking for another appointment. I drove almost an hour in traffic to get to the salon, but Rose was not happy about my complaints, saying that there is no problem at all, but they will fix it. She did not apologize for my bleeding fingers or the fact the job was done poorly. Actually, three of my girlfriends admitted to me that the french manicure could have been way better for the price I paid. I asked for a full refund, or for a re-do with longer nails, since this was done too short. Rose denied the refund and started scolding me in front of the entire salon. It was humiliating. Finally, she agreed to have another technician do my nails for a discounted price. I showed a photo of the specific color, shape and length I wanted for my french manicure. He ALSO did NOT follow my instructions. My french manicure came out looking terrible. They charged me a second time for their service. I ended up spending $90 total and I regret coming here. It was a total nightmare. I feel so bad for anyone who ever has to experience what I had to go through. I am so sad I had to write this review. read more

Two of the nails I asked for a design are thick because of the fact that she did the wrong color and instead of drilling it off layered another color on top. And when you ask for someone that no longer works there, they still book the appointment and then tell you the person you booked for is not in that day. My mother and her friends love a good price for manicures but have since decided Rose's Nails is not worth it. They are unprofessional with their work and how they conduct phone calls. I recently called asking for an Acrylic manicure and was mocked because the person who picked up the call could not hear me. They're cheap and it shows with how they can't afford proper cell phones and workers who provide friendly service. I am so fucking annoyed. I really ducking try to like this place because it's so close to my house and someone I know has said they do a good job for a decent price before. This is my second fucking time coming here and being unsatisfied. I got a nail tech nailed Kevin. Seemed like a cool dude and started off by saying "don't worry I'm gentle" after I asked to make sure he doesn't grind down my nails too much which was reassuring in the beginning. On that he did listen and did not grind it down a lot BUT everything else was shitty Maybe it's my mistake by letting him have creative freedom on the design but he asked if I wanted a design and I told him sure the LV Sticker looks cute but he can have freedom to add things to make it cuter and simple. It was the ugliest design I've ever fucking seen. He put like three black stones next to the LV Sticker. When he initially put it on he did not ask me wether I liked it. He literally asked me after all the gel was applied and at the final step to ask me if I liked it. I voiced to him that i did not like it and he goes "well you're stuck with it now haha". Uhm ???????????? So I literally asked him to cover up the design with just white which he did but he did a fucking messy ass job. The shape was not cute at all. Just a fucking poor messy job overall. I would not recommend. Oh and he charged me for the fucking design as well. Knowing how dissatisfied I was with it. I seriously am never coming here again. Don't go here. They only care about bottom line and efficiency - not the health of your nails. I needed my gel extensions removed. Googled the closest nail spot near me. Should have gone on yelp first now I am seeing all these bad reviews. I called ahead to make sure they knew what they were doing. I am sure they knew the correct way to remove a gel extension manicure but instead they chose the fast/easy route. They removed so many layers of my nails using the drill. It took a a little while for the pain to settle, I didn't realize until about an hour or so after I left. I could feel my heartbeat in my nailbed for a few days. Awful. It's been over a week, my nails STILL HURT. I'm in legit pain and can't perform daily tasks like washing dishes, playing with my dog, folding clothes, etc. Even typing this hurts. Don't go here. It's going to take months for my once healthy nails to recover. read more

All the staffs are so professional, nice and friendly especially Rose (the owner), she is so accommodating to all the customers. They do great job for my nails and waxing so I am always feel satisfied after. Some other reasons that my family (Me, my daughter and my Mom) keep coming back is because : 1) Prices are so affordable. I think they have the lowest prices in the area. 2) They do have a lot of nail polish colors to choose from that I can not easily decide which color to pick ... lol 3) Parking is never a problem .
