This review is LONG overdue! I've been coming to this sister operated business since 2019. Judy and Kim have taken care of me over the years and I've never been dissatisfied. Since it's just them two they only work by appointments. They're closed Sunday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's so plan accordingly. They have lots of fun gel colors and regular polish. They offer waxing services as well! Parking has never been a problem for me as it's in a small plaza right off Fountain and Vine. I've tried other places in the valley just because I've moved from the area and none of them compare. I always make the drive to come see Judy. They've always made me feel welcomed... 1 month after a set of gel - and I don't treat my hands too kindly. I have to say this is probably the longest they've ever lasted. Pro tip- always call in advance as sometimes they randomly close. Judy and Kim do an amazing job! My manicures always last a very long time and I'm not particularly careful with my hands. Besides being talented and professional, they are both hilarious to boot. You will feel like you are hanging out with your sisters, joking and having a good time. I always feel uplifted when I leave there. Also, as of May 20, please disregard the parking warning. ***READ FOR PARKING!!! *** Judy was amazing and I loved everything about this place. My nails came out so perfect and the service for mani-pedi was fast and full of laughs. DO NOT PARK in the parking lot in front of the place!!!! The valet guy is HORRIBLE and they charge 10$ for anything beyond 30 minutes. They are charging the nail shop employees when they have been there for 25 plus years and just gave them notice this week. Incident description: The valet guy did NOT mention it was cash only and when I tried to pay he said I had not listened to him well enough and should have known it was cash only. I'm reality, he had been rushing when he took my key and gave me the ticket so he did NOT mention cash only. There are also no signs. Even said "no ticket, no car" and laughed. Very rude and tactless Judy paid the valet guy cash for me and came to argue with him on my behalf. She deserves every star!! read more

First time going to this nail salon and I will for sure be back! Very nice experience! Judy was my artist. She did a GM and GP on my giant Peggy Hill feet for me. I liked that she considered the importance of nail health while prepping my nails and explaining why her process was the way it was. Both Judy and Kim were so nice and very friendly. They even had some customers just stop by to say hello! It seems from my experience that they have very long term relationships with their clients. I don't get my nails done very often but everything at this business exceeded my expectations! That was the worst manicure I ever got! I came in and wanted to get a mani & pedi and asked if they have time and my friend wanted just a pedi. They said yes for sure. She started doing my nails - very rough filing and literally hurting me. She did a very unclean job, I wanted to have them oval I'm gonna attach a photo of how she filed my nails with edges. The mani also took literally one hour. She cut some skin off but left the most of it. I had to force her to clean up the nail polish on my skin. Then she messed it up and said I messed it up and that I should not move. I'm actually shook how this place can have such good reviews. It looks dirty but I stayed because of the good reviews. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would, Judi is my absolute favorite and it's always a pleasure to have Kim around when I come, they are just the absolute best! I found this little gem as I moved to the area and went through many different salons where I paid ridiculous prices and got nothing anywhere close to the experience Judi and Kim give me when I come. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on! I am a perfectionist and I am very picky with my nails, many times salons make my nails break, look uneven or fix minor issues poorly, NOT WITH JUDI, she is a life saver!! I already came in with acrylics that I had done at another nail salon location 3 weeks ago and decided it was time to just get a regular gel mani. They were gentle when it came to takeover They have a lovely selection of colors so it was hard for me to decide what I wanted. I am very disappointed in this place! I didn't even get to go inside! I had an appointment at 3 pm, and I had ordered my Uber to leave in advance, as I had waited ten minutes for my Uber it cancelled and I had to call a new one! So at this point I thought I was running around ten minutes late so I called and asked if it was okay that I was ten minutes late, and they said yes. So then I got in my Uber and as I'm literally almost at this place, I get a call at 3:05 pm, and they say "we don't want ya anymore". Even though it had only been 5 minutes and I had just Ubered all the way there! Then I was stuck in the area with nothing to do. I ended up getting my nails done at a more friendly place called Wynn Nail Spa! I recommend going there instead. :( read more
