Nails Process: Christine is a professional; she doesn't just do a gel removal and fill and tells you to F off. She takes her time to get those cuticles and make sure you have some nice hands all around when you leave! I understand they were busy, I could've looked for another place instead of waiting. As I was sitting there waiting, I was observing the place and cleanliness. The sanitation of tools was questionable but I wanted to give them a chance and hope they were actually sanitizing them. The man that helped me was rushing through the pedicure and was very rough with handling my feet. He seemed distracted and was dropping some of his tools.
