IT was very clean, well lit, and I felt comfortable in my season-appropriate clothes. She offered for me to use the restroom and space for my bag and jacket. As I arrived, her current client was leaving right on time-- I saw them both laughing and overheard that she's a repeat client so It let me know people trust Nia! Nia uses very good quality supplies!
