I've been going here for years, and they always do a fantastic job with my nails. Whether it's gel polish on my natural nails, a new acrylic set, or fills, their work is consistently detailed. I've always had male manicurists, and no matter who I get in the rotation, I know I'm in good hands. I love that they're flexible and often take me as a walk-in when I don't have time to make a reservation. I recently started to come here from Hollywood. I wasn't able to find the person to hear what I needed and actually be okay with requests without looking annoyed of you until I came here and found Nikki. Nikki is amazing at her career. She is gentle when it comes to cleaning ingrown nails which I suffer a lot from. Her soul is a happy soul. She makes you feel very welcome and I never feel rushed. She is simply the best! I have given a few a tried but I ended up going back to her and sticking to her! One thing I do love a lot are the way she makes my French tips!! They are so bomb!! Everyone always compliments them! And honestly, it is hard to not vibe with her because of how amazing she is! I even started to bring in my mother in law to get her pedi and she absolutely loves her as well! Went here with my friend bc i saw this place had such great reviews. We both felt so rushed the entire time. She put way too much filler on my nails and rushed thru sanding down my gelx nails. Left them super bumpy and uneven. When i asked her to sand them down and make them even she insisted that it was my nail shape and said to wait till after she added the paint. Then i reminded her to sand them down and she said she couldn't now that she added the paint. Then reluctantly tried to sand them down and added another top coat on top making them even thicker and more uneven at one point she said that next time i should make an appointment if i wanted a better job with more time. WTF. Then why am i paying half price for half ass work. Don't go here. Period. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood and it's a lovely day so I thought I'd get a much needed pedicure. When I walked in he said it be few minutes. Nearly 30 mins later and still "few minutes." So I walked out. The place isn't very clean and they don't seem especially friendly so not heartbroken that I didn't get my pedicure from there but they lost a potentially loyal customer who lives a few blocks away. Always coming up with great ideas for my nails and always at a great price! All of the nail techs there are great and provide amazing friendly service. I have been coming here for over 6 years. Definitely my go to nail salon in LA. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. I usually come here for gel manis and they always do a thorough job. Excellent service and positive vibes all around. There is a parking lot/garage conveniently across the street. It's $1/hour for the first 2 hours, so pretty good deal! read more

I wish I could give a better review as my manicurist was lovely and sweet but the job was not great. I called at 1:15 for a 2pm and they told me to come in. When I arrived they were busy. I waited for 30 minutes in a pedicure chair. The place is absolutely filthy. I should have left when I saw the arm rests on the massage chair and the massage remote. Covered in paint, stains and dust/grime. Unfortunately I stayed. My manicure was uneven and the paint clumpy/thick. The pedicure was too short and my nails/cuticles looked ragged as I left. I had to get my nails redone before a wedding because I had messed them up the day before. The lady who took care of me was extremely patient and listened to what I wanted. There was so much time and effort in ensuring that I liked the end product for my pedicure. She even let me try a color out and switch it without issue when I didn't like the first color I picked. This place has wonderful staff and they do an amazing job with nails. My pedicure cost about $25 before tip. This place is definitely much more reasonably priced than other places I've been to in the past. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area. read more

My fav nail salon in LA. Flower is great on pedi and always warm and welcoming everytime I go & Sydney is the best with manicures!! Super precise and thorough with details. Highly recommend. Visiting for the weekend, I called around 2pm for a same day appointment and was scheduled at 6pm. Due to traffic, I ended up calling back and I was rescheduled at 7pm for a full set-- very accommodating. When I walked into the shop, it was a full house! I ended up waiting a few minutes before Sydney started fixing my cuticles. She is super nice and very talented! She talked me up to getting Gel-X instead of the regular acrylic set. She BODIED the design I showed her. The Gel-X + Design = $90 w/o tip. I was in an out of the shop a little over an hour. Overall: GREAT experience at Wonder Nails!! Would definitely recommend. I went to Wonder Nails on a whim to get a red french tip gel manicure, and was fully blown away by the quality of their work. They were able to service me quickly on a weekend and my nail technician Nikki was SUPER attentive and detail-oriented. Ok, I am too through. Made an appointment for today at 12:30, didn't get serviced until 1:15ish and was done at like 2:45. Ugh. The line of the manicure is smudged and looks a got damn mess on every nail. The cute gold charms are all crooked and the dollar signs are backwards with globs of adhesive you can clearly (now) see. Then of course they start to rush through me and stand up applying the charms because a regular with an appointment came in. I've come here a few times, went elsewhere and returned today for the last time. Two stars because the employees are very nice and they have a lot of design options. read more

This was my first time coming here. I called for a same day appointment to get a Gel-X manicure and they were accommodating to an evening appointment. My nail tech was Sydney and she did a phenomenal job. She was kind, detail-oriented and asked me all throughout the process if I was happy with how she was going about it and made sure everything was to my exact liking. She completed this set in about an hour which was super impressive considering the precision and perfect detail. When i started to see Lyn my nails were fragile thin and will brake easily. 4 months after i could finally rock my natural nails with out having the brake/chip. Tina! Amanda didn't even do a skin test to make sure the chemicals she uses won't burn my skin, which I know professionals do all the time oh and she didn't even do a questioner. Please don't come here. Instead of owing towards her mistake Amanda accuse the client for her mistakes. Thanks to Amanda my eyebrow are black crusty and my skin was burned. Thank you Amanda for making me look like my eyebrows where drawn by a sharpie really appreciate that gangster look. People please do your research and go with a technician that is license and follows protocol such as a chemical/skin check and questioner.
