They kept coming back and forth standing they couldn't work on my nails because they didn't know anything about acrylics? After about an hour of back and forth they asked me to wait for another person at that point I said no and decided to leave. The most humiliating part was they were talking to me infront of all the customers that's were there. They did not apologize for the me feeling humiliated. It was a very humiliating and awful experience. Will absolutely never go back again.

I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but Bliss Nail is one of those places that deserves one. I originally came in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and what impressed me most was how well everything lasted. Weeks later my nails still looked beautiful, which is honestly the reason I came back. Since then, every visit has been consistently wonderful. The salon is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail of the space, and it creates such a relaxing atmosphere. I see April, and she is truly talented. She has an amazing eye for color, shape, and design. Sometimes I come in without knowing exactly what I want, and she somehow creates something even better than what I had in mind. I completely trust her recommendations because she has incredible taste and attention to detail. What I appreciate most is that the experience never feels rushed. The scrub feels amazing, the chairs are comfortable, and every appointment feels like a little break from real life. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional. Booking appointments is easy through their website, and parking is stress free because there is a parking structure in the same building. There are plenty of nail salons in Los Angeles, but finding one that combines talent, cleanliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality is rare. I've been to a lot of nail salons in LA, but it's truly hard to find a place that's great with design. This is the one that does it best. I first came here when they opened, and I've been coming back ever since -- never once disappointed. Every time I get my nails done here, I leave feeling so happy and refreshed, like a small moment of healing in my day. April is amazing. Even when I can't decide on a design, she always creates something beautiful that I end up loving. It's such a relief to finally have a nail salon I can trust without having to overthink anything.
