By far the best nail salon in Koreatown. Has always been my go to nail salon in the area. Prices are very reasonable. Casey does an amazing job making my nails look perfect every time. She pays A LOT of attention to detail and always wants to make sure that I'm happy with how they turn out. She is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to nails. I never feel rushed when she is doing my nails. My nails always come out great and they last a very long time. I work with Elementry kids so I'm not the most gentle with my nails but they always last a very long time. Also appreciate her creativity and this salon has A LOT of options when it comes to styles, colors , design ect. Been coming here for over two years.

I would highly recommend! Her work is 100% worth the price. I asked for gel extensions -- it's been over two weeks since I did my nails and they still look good just outgrown --naturally!

Casey does such an amazing job with shaping and design; my wife has always gotten compliments on her nails. She is also incredibly nice! It was my first time visiting, and I was genuinely impressed! The nail tech took her time and was super detailed and careful throughout the whole process. I was indecisive about the color, but she kindly helped me choose--sharing tips on current trends and what might suit me best, which made the decision so much easier. Casey is not only the best nail technician I've ever had, but she is truly the sweetest human being I've ever met. I always walk my dogs by her nail salon and every time I walk by she always stops and gives my dogs treats. I've enjoyed so much talking with her and seeing how happy she makes my dogs that I finally came in to get my nails done. The amount of care and attention to detail she has is so admirable, and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. I had never had 3d nail art before and she was so knowledgeable and open to anything. I had SO much fun watching her do what she does best, she is truly a gem. I love French tip/ ombré nails and Casey ALWAYS delivers!! This is my favorite nail shop by far - I've come to her for my engagement nails, bridal nails, graduation nails, holiday nails, etc. Her shop is clean and peaceful with easy parking. Nails by Casey are always fantastic! She knows shaping so well and really makes sure that you get exactly what you want and that your nails look beautiful. Been going to Casey for over a year now and with her new place opening up in the super convenient Wilshire center it couldn't be easier to get fantastic nails! Parking is easy and they validate for you so only 2, and the inside of the shop is beautiful. It's in the same space as the SPA LA so next time I'll probably make it a day If you like beautiful nails and want a good shape then Casey is your girl! read more

This is such a relaxing environment given it's located in a Spa. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent work that Casey does. Casey is amazing! I've been going to her for years, since she was at On Nail Spa, and I'll always only go to her. I'm so happy to see her growth, running her own studio with so much success! She takes immense pride in her work and always does a perfect job every time. I'm extremely picky with how I like my nails done and since the first manicure, she had always gotten it exactly right. She use to work at "on spa nail" but the nail salon closed down, unfortunately. But great news! She opened her own place! Better service and better techniques since she is the owner. Highly recommend this place since they last veryyy long. My last nail lasted 2 month. Location is very nice as well. Also all tickets are validated by her and no need to worry about parking. read more

After going quite reliably for several months, I made reservations for a friend to come along and the issues started. They don't have enough staff here and I think have a lot of turnover as previously mentioned, I've never had the same person in my visits. Well, they didn't have someone for my friend despite us having an appointment. They started me and didn't start my friend until 45 minutes later. When they did, it was very rushed and we had booked a nice relaxing treatment. The whole situation was stressful and weird and it was my friend's first time EVER getting a pedicure. He now hates them and refuses to go try getting one again, lol. My friend wasn't apologized to or anything else for the mistake and unfortunately the poor handling of this situation was enough to cause me to switch salons. I was already on the edge as there are always parking issues here (the valet fills very fast and then it's impossible to find parking because many popular businesses share the lot) and the quality was very hit or miss with GelX because of the techs constantly being different. I found somewhere more reliable, with better work, better prices and reliable parking so I won't be going here again.

I initially asked for a French tip but was told that it wouldn't look nice with the length i chose. She recommended ombré and we proceeded. The airbrush machine wasn't working, so she used some sort of cotton pad technique that did not look good and she slapped on a cat eye to fix it. I'm not usually picky with my nails and am willing to try new things & they still ended up looking nice. I wouldn't have written this review if it weren't for the pain the nails ended up causing. On top of leaving with something I didn't ask for or even an ombre & paying $100, I just had to.

Explicit instructions ignored -- repeat injury to natural nails (possible state violations)…read more I am writing this review to document a serious and repeated nail injury and to warn others -- especially clients with natural nails. For context, I have been getting my nails professionally done for over 20 years, across many salons and technicians, and I have never experienced this type of pain, damage, or injury to my natural nails until coming here. Before my service began, I clearly and explicitly told both the nail technician and the owner's daughter that I did NOT want my natural nails filed thin. Despite this instruction, the same nail technician proceeded to over-file my natural nails anyway. This is now the second time this exact technician has done this to me -- once about a month ago, and again during my most recent visit. Each time, my natural nail beds were filed down to the point of redness, thinning, and pain, indicating damage to live tissue, not cosmetic filing. The technician used an electric file directly on my natural nail plate instead of hand filing, which in my opinion appears to be a time-saving practice rather than a safe or appropriate technique for natural nails. Over-filing with an e-file on natural nails is widely known to cause nail bed trauma and injury. Under California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology regulations, licensees are required to: * Perform services without causing injury or harm to the client * Avoid unprofessional conduct, including practices that endanger client health or safety * Use tools and techniques appropriate to the service being performed Based on my experience, this conduct may constitute unprofessional conduct and unsafe practice. After my nails were visibly injured, I was still charged an additional $30 just to over file and take off the nail polish from previous visit nails here . When I calmly asked the owner's daughter if I was really being charged after being injured by their employee, she responded "yes, ma'am." I paid nearly $135 total, even though only my toes were done and my fingernails were left damaged and painful. I did not argue, yell, or cause a scene. I simply paid and left. However, I will not return. If you have real/natural nails and care about nail health, I strongly recommend being cautious or choosing another salon. I also personally witnessed another client experience similar over-filing of her natural nails. This review is shared so others can make an informed decision. -- Review for Bloom Nails LA

OMG Casey literally saved my life, I had a slightly ingrown nail that hurt with the slightest touch, but casey was incredibly gentle. I came across this place ones went inside and asked for prices , I felt like it was overpriced for just gel x nails. It shouldn't be so overpriced especially for nails that don't require sculpting the nail ... this nail salon prices are expensive for the small amount of services they can provide.
