Great service! I wanted to get a hard gel set and gel pedicure. They got me in right away with the time I wanted to. It's always been my favorite local spot since I live down the street from the shop. Their work is so detailed oriented and fast. People are so nice here. The vibe is relaxing plus the music they play as well. What else would you ask for a nail shop in L.A? Highly recommended!

had my first visit here today and had probably the best experience i've had at a nail salon. i had an appt. with nini for a gel removal and regular manicure. she is very friendly, thorough, and patient. i didn't feel rushed or overlooked which was refreshing. she showed me the color of nail polish i chose and how it would look to make sure i liked it (which i've never experienced before lol), so when i didn't like the nail polish color i chose, she waited and even helped me pick a new one when she noticed i was just standing there like a deer in headlights lol. she then proceeded to be super detailed and thorough with the manicure itself. in all this salon was so nice. it felt welcoming and like there was a little community. not to mention, this place is affordable. loved it and will be back in the future!

Love this nail salon! I recently moved to the area and was on the hunt for a new nail place and I got so lucky trying them out! I got a fresh set of acrylics and tried the cat eye polish for the first time. LOVE IT!! I get so many compliments. The ladies there are so nice and prices are fair/decent. Not too cheap and not too expensive. If you're getting acrylics, I highly recommend Tammy or Lina/Nina (I'm so sorry if I totally got the name wrong) but they're both so good and my nails have lasted 3-4 weeks before needing a fill! Do call in advance to make an appt. I have noticed they're very busy when I've gone for my appointment.

My bestie goes here religiously so I tried it. I am specific so I get dip no uv and spa pedicures. They are experts with gel and design for sure but also accommodated my preference well! They are meticulous with shaping and application. A great dip can last beyond 2 weeks too and Sam does this well. I love Sarah's work too and Nene is also great. I will learn everyone's name I swear but this will be my go to from now on Superb service and style.

Great experience! I got a gel manicure about a month ago and it still looks amazing with barely any chipping. The salon is clean, parking is easy and safe, and the staff are super friendly with no pressure or upselling. I think my nail tech was Nini (not 100% sure), but she did a great job. Honestly, I live nearby and can't believe I didn't discover this place sooner--feels like I was missing out the whole time. So glad I finally found it and I'll definitely be back! read more

Everyone that works here does a great job and are very nice! They made me feel so comfortable. They have so much selection of colors and get new ones in often! The nails never fell off or chipped, which is great! Michelle is really good, meticulous even, so my nails look impeccable. They are perfectly done. I have been coming to this place for three years! When they remodeled the location, it really improved the ambiance. However, what truly stands out is the service. Whenever I get my pedis, I never feel pressured to get something I don't want. I also get a super clean pedi where (Kim) does a great job at taking out all the excess! My full set is also amazing! Nini is my new nails girl. She's overly dedicated and never disappoints. Yesterday, I came with a design in mind and due to time limitations, she had to improvise... the results are impressive! A whole mess. This one obviously didn't affect me directly but it affected the overall experience. Then, I finally get called (I was waiting ~10 mins over my appointment time). The technician starts my nails when she gets the first phone call. I could see she's struggling balancing the nails and what seemed to be an important call cause she was also overwhelmed (idk what it is about this place but everyone is clearly overwhelmed). She hangs up, continues my nails and then she gets ANOTHER call. This time she just randomly stands up and runs to take it in the back room. Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! I was really hoping to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new nail salon in the area but this was just unacceptable.

Haven't gotten my nails done in years and needed an emergency full set and pedicure for a job. Mind you it was 5 pm on a Wednesday when I found this out, I called and they immediately got me in. Sarah did my full set and did a meticulous job, found me the perfect sheer neutral, my favorite I have ever had! And Kim did an incredible pedicure, with every minor detail accounted for including the exact color combination my job asked for! They were absolutely incredible! They got busy while I was there and they did not skimp on the service at all! This is the only nail salon I will be going to in Los Angeles from here on out! A+++++++ read more

The perfect cos: they took exactly an hour for the services. - very detailed, precise work. -street parking for 1 hr or residential parking. -very clean bright place. They use new tools. Since I have ingrown toe nails so I'm extra careful and pleased every single time. - Great value and kind people here. My favorite spot to get my nails, gel X nails in the whole entire city.
