    Very hard to get in touch with. Does not respond to and when she does it's just delay after delay. Especially if she owes you something.

You learn more about a dealer when things go wrong than you would if everything went smoothly. And we all want smooth, but, at the end of the day, it was great to have a dealer that actually cares about their customers and their reputation. I highly recommend them

The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up.     Signed up with our rep Dan back in July. Our goal was to be completely off grid since our house is…read moreall electric except for pool heater which is propane. We end up getting 47 panels, added 4 Tesla power walls to run our entire house. Since it was a huge job, install was scheduled about 1.5 month out. Between current back logs, supply chain issues and permit approvals 9/10 install was pushed to 11/3. Install day came, there was a 15 men crew maybe more that started only to find out brackets were not the right length. We have concrete tiles which is significantly thicker so they packed up and left. Matt our install manager and Dan ordered the right brackets but kept us on the loop while we waited. 12/6 was IT! Install was smooth sailing, the guys were quick, working about 6-7 hours for 3 days. We were back and forth on the location of the power walls. We had to split 2 and 2 on either side of the window due to need of 10" clearance around the unit. Fully charged the batteries on the first day. Have been running 100% on solar on sunny days. Once approved, inspection completed per county the net meter was installed a few days after. We were able to switch on system via Tesla app. So stoked we are sun powered. At the height of summer our utility bill was 375/month. We have 2 fridges, a massive freezer, induction cooktop, electric oven and 3 kids and their gadgets. Hubby also running the house very cold day and night made our bill very HIGH. Now the sun powers everything, generating 11.5 kWh with potential peak up to 15 kWh in the summer. It charges the EV and batteries which powers the house while we sleep. We also sold excess power to FPL. So I'm a happy camper. Despite delays and issues such as broken tiles, electrical line nipped etc... we really can't complain. Our Sunrun team has been very responsive and quick to resolve problems. Dan has responded to our questions even when he was at the hospital on an emergency. That's top notch costumer service right there. This project was huge, we know things were bound to happen. Dan always kept us in the loop so we didn't really worry about anything. Every time something went wrong it was addressed quickly. Yes it took longer to finally have the system in place but it's up and running and we are loving the benefits. Since we signed up through Costco, we also received 4k back (10% of the total cost of materials).

They said they don't have any record of transfer. I said I filled it out a couple of weeks ago! They said I'm still liable! WTH! No way! This is the buyer's problem.

I would fire every employee there. They're all pieces of crap. . My panel has been down 3 months . No one ever calls. You. They do nothing But liars awayThis company is an absolute joke. Follow up. I had a call from a manager stating that she has a high-level meeting on Friday and she'll contact me on Monday with some answers and guess what no call back it's Tuesday. Still waiting for a call over a month now to schedule an appointment for service , this company should be shut down for lack of service. It has been over a month, and I still haven't received a single phone call to even schedule an appointment to repair my solar system. I have used the chat system four separate times, and each time the chat conveniently disconnects after I'm told, "We'll get back to you." No one ever does. I've called repeatedly and left multiple voicemails--no calls back. The level of unresponsiveness is unbelievable. Once you sign the contract, customer service completely disappears. At this point, I'm being forced to consider legal action, including consulting an attorney to recover lost revenue due to my system being down for an extended period with no service or communication. I even tried escalating the issue by emailing the CFO, Arthur Souitzidis, hoping someone in leadership would respond. Once again--no response. There is no way to speak to a live person. You can email, leave voicemails, or get stuck in endless chat loops, but you cannot actually get help. This company is entirely non-responsive and should not be allowed to operate this way. I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. I am beyond frustrated. I have called four times and was told it would take 10-14 days just to schedule an appointment. I am now sitting at 3.5 weeks with not a single callback. I have opened four separate chat sessions. Each time, I asked for a supervisor or manager's phone number, and every single time the chat mysteriously disconnected immediately after that request. This company is completely non-responsive and clearly does not care about customers once the contract is signed. Before signing up, they hounded me nonstop--calls, messages, knocking on my door. Once I became a customer, service completely disappeared. After leaving a negative review, they asked me to email them--which I have now done twice--and still no response. This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had with any company in decades. I strongly recommend NOT using Momentum Solar. Once they have your business, getting service is nearly impossible. I've had nothing but frustration with Momentum Solar. My system has had a service issue for over six months, so I finally called to get help. I was told it would take 10-14 days just to get a service appointment, and that someone would call me back. That timeframe has now passed, and no one has called. Reaching a live agent is extremely difficult, and when you do, there is no urgency or follow-through. It's ironic how aggressive they were when trying to get me to sign up, but once you need support, you're essentially ghosted. If you're considering solar, I strongly recommend choosing another company with better customer service and accountability. I would highly discourage using Momentum Solar. I am currently experiencing a production issue where 16 solar panels are not reporting or working, and getting support has been extremely frustrating. There is no way to contact a live person directly. Instead, you are forced into an endless loop of online chats and automated responses. When I finally did reach someone, I was told their process takes 10-14 days before a service technician will even call, let alone come out to diagnose the issue. That is completely unacceptable for an active production problem. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. There is no reason a company of this size cannot make or schedule a service call the same day for a system that is clearly not functioning properly.
