For eight frustrating months, I dealt with Semper Solaris Post Sale Support trying to resolve outstanding issues regarding two separate rebates: one for a heat pump project and another for a Tesla battery project. Throughout that entire eight-month period, not a single person in Post Sale Support provided any meaningful feedback on the status of the issue, a potential outcome, or a time frame for resolution. The guy that they used for our structure, even though he scammed us by returning our bought materials for cheaper materials, and kept the difference, was decent. Because there is still a roof.
