I reached out to the owner with my symptoms of redness, itchy dry skin, and swelling and asked her to cancel my follow-up appointment, I'm to work from home this week and seek additional dr visit for care of symptoms. Porsha responded blaming it on my skin or pollen. She stated that she blocked me from further booking appointments because I questioned if her staff was licensed? Yet the only plaques in the room for licensing were hers. The main reason why I gave her 1 star is that she was blaming, defensive and rude. That doesn't seem reasonable or transparent. You say the introductory rate allows people to try different providers and eventually choose one to stick with, but the good providers leave. The introductory rate should apply to each session with a new provider. And the website should also disclose all prices clearly, from the homepage through the booking process and before the session. I promise customers will be less upset and happy paying whatever you charge once you start implementing fair business practices.
