I left it at the front desk for the manager since she was not in. The next day I asked about it and was told the employee only put my name on it without an explanation. They then wrote a note. When I went back again a few days later, they texted the manager and she said they would not replace it. I have also had two incidents where machines didn't start. I had to get dressed again because no one answered the phone when I tried to call.

I asked the gals at the front desk a few questions and they just handed me bottles of primer and a lotion that they said to put on after. I triple-checked they meant the lotion to be put on right after the spray. When I came out they laughed at me and said that the lotion was for "maintenance" days after your spray tan. It felt catty and rude. I felt like I came in very nice, and they found my experience funny. Bummer.

Kylie told me my bed was ready a minute after the person who told me I had to wait for them to clean it. So I hopped into bed 5, but it wasn't clean at all. There were fingerprints all over the top and leftover lotion from the previous person. There were even footprints on the edge of the bed. It's really gross and they should definitely clean the beds for everyone no matter who they are.

The quality has dramatically decreased. I am happy to pay more for a level 5 bed. But of the three level 5 beds, only 1 works. So if that bed is busy, I am forced to use a substandard bed even though I pay for the premium bed. I have been told that there is nobody in the area that can fix the beds. These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

LIE. I went back to tan for my daughters wedding in Florida this August. Wouldn't you know? I JUST missed them canceling my membership and will be keeping all the money they took for 2 YEARS monthly out of my checking account. I apparently missed it by a matter of days. They don't tell you that when they con you into agreeing to it. Then, I just wanted a 30 day tanning package. I am 49, I am not a huge fan of tanning or the sun but needed color for my Daughters wedding in Florida. I tanned maybe 10 of the 30 days. I specifically told the girl that checked me in to make sure that this is just for 30 days. Three separate times they confirmed with me it was cancelled after my specified time was done. SEPTEMBER Discover card was billed 89.99 + Tax SUN TAN CITY I called and I got brushed off with an extremely snippy reply and told someone would get ahold of me and hung up on! OCTOBER Discover card AGAIN was billed 89.99 + tax SUN TAN CITY I had to call my Discover card and have them banned, close my account and get a new card issued because SUN TAN CITY just helped themselves to my Discover Card!!! Someone contacted me at work early October and said they would refund their illegal charges. Guess what? NEVER happened. RUN! Run far away from Sun Tan City and if you are trusting enough to go to a Sun Tan City. PAY IN CASH, DON'T GET A MEMBERSHIP AND NEVER GIVE THEM ANY ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS!! Credit or Banking!!!!
