My most recent visit it was $16.50 for a simple eyebrow wax. As a broke college student this was a major shock when it came time to check out. I drive home just to see there's so much hair that was not waxed off. The entire upper portion of my eyebrow still had hair along with in between them and a few hairs underneath my eyebrow. I remember her waxing these portions, but there is very clearly hair there. In my honest opinion, it is very hit or miss here and absolutely not worth 16$ when you get a half waxed eyebrow. And also tried to blame it on the fact that I had my nails done "awhile ago," despite the fact that I noticed this issue two days after I first got them done. The owner and nail tech were incredibly rude, and though they were speaking in another language, body language speaks volumes. Their solution? Slap another clear coat over it and call it a day. After the nail tech finished "fixing" my nails, he walked out without saying anything. What they should have done? Apologized, completely removed the polish, had me WASH my hands (to get rid of the dust, duh!) and redid the clear coat or offered to do a solid color if that's their only solution to cover up shoddy work. Instead they were rude and lazy. I will never go back here and I will make sure that all my friends know not to waste their money here!
