I followed the after care instructions very well. After months of asking if this was normal I finally got another appointment 3/18/21,which I was charged $100. I would save your money, I feel like I wasted $500. In addition, when I had my appointments, the atmosphere was unprofessional. She was taking personal phone calls throughout the appointments and at one point was talking poorly about one of her clients that another esthetician was seeing across the hall.

She did worry me when she said tons of times my eyebrows are sisters not twins I was sent home with aftercare instructions, which I followed meticulously because I was invested in getting a great result. However, as my eyebrows went through the healing process, I noticed all the pigment scabbing off and disappearing. By the time they were fully healed, there was not a single hair stroke left. ​I reached out to the artist to let her know what happened. Her only solution was to offer the complimentary touch-up session. I explained that this wasn't a case of a few strokes fading; the entire procedure had failed, and I felt that putting my skin through it again would likely lead to the same result. ​When it became clear a touch-up was not a viable solution for me, I asked about a refund. I was told that she does not offer refunds for this service. I am now out $, the time and discomfort of the procedure and healing, with literally no results to show for it. While I understand policies, for a service that failed this completely, I believe an exception should have been made. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

She did everything herself from washing my hair, blow drying it, straightening it, cutting it, then layering it and then focusing on the details to make sure it was all even. I recognize that it is extremely labor intensive work to be on her feet all day so I'm so grateful that she stayed open late to give me a haircut at 5pm on a Saturday. CC was very respectful of my time and was able to get me in and out in an hour. Checkout was a breeze with payment via credit card.
