She reached out to me beforehand to ask me some health questions that seemed very standard for a basic procedure like this and asked if I had any concerns or if I wanted to do a skin test ahead of time to check for any adverse reactions... I wasn't too worried and declined the additional skin test. When I arrived at my appointment I noticed everything in her office was clean/ sanitized and of course we wore out COVID face masks throughout the duration of the appointment. In mapping my eyebrow I noticed she was very thorough and allowed me to be collaborative on my preferred shape and size of my eyebrows. The entire appointment took less time than I anticipated but it never felt rushed and I know she took care to make sure that my eyebrows were perfectly symmetrical. One reason I do not frequent nail salons, is because of some bad experiences I have had in the past with the place not being clean or having the attendants speak their own language very loudly the entire time (and it seemed like they were talking about their customers too). Well, each of the attendants spoke English at Tips & Toes and occasionally spoke Vietnamese between themselves. I never had the feeling they were talking poorly about anyone and I had a fun time visiting with my friend and my attendant Anna in a clean environment. I even decided to get a manicure at the last minute and I am looking forward to returning for my touch ups. Even my honey said my nails look great.
