However, I wasn't asked if I wanted my toenails clipped, which I did want. When I mentioned it, instead of clipping them, they were quickly filed, and it felt very rushed with little attention to detail. When it came time to apply the polish, I asked for white. The application was very messy, with polish getting onto my cuticles, and once my toes came out of the UV lamp, the polish was visibly bumpy. I was told it was due to my toenails, but I explained that my nails are not naturally like that it was the polish. More polish was added, but the issue remained, so I said again that I wasn't happy with how it looked. At that point, the polish was removed and another staff member stepped in, but unfortunately, the service still felt rushed. There were still visible bumps, and I didn't feel like proper care or time was being taken. By then, I just wanted to leave. Overall, I didn't feel heard or understood during the service, and it felt like they were more focused on finishing quickly than providing quality work. This was disappointing, especially since this is a paid service and I expected better attention to detail.

His response "I don't know why this is hurting" this was also a response while getting stiches while I was crying. While under his care I recived Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Ecoli. Resulting in an open wound. Overall I felt unseen, unheard and frankly abused.

She did worry me when she said tons of times my eyebrows are sisters not twins I was sent home with aftercare instructions, which I followed meticulously because I was invested in getting a great result. However, as my eyebrows went through the healing process, I noticed all the pigment scabbing off and disappearing. By the time they were fully healed, there was not a single hair stroke left. ​I reached out to the artist to let her know what happened. Her only solution was to offer the complimentary touch-up session. I explained that this wasn't a case of a few strokes fading; the entire procedure had failed, and I felt that putting my skin through it again would likely lead to the same result. ​When it became clear a touch-up was not a viable solution for me, I asked about a refund. I was told that she does not offer refunds for this service. I am now out $, the time and discomfort of the procedure and healing, with literally no results to show for it. While I understand policies, for a service that failed this completely, I believe an exception should have been made. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
