The mist/spray tan has three cartridge dyes that to make the tan darker. Light, Medium, and Dark. Light is the default catridge that comes with the spray tan. Depending on the shade you want, you will have to pay extra ($4 to 6$ extra for Medium and Dark). On my initial visit, the associate explained the spray tan booth to me - apply the salon provided lotion to my hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Once inside the booth, close the door, and an automated message will tell you when to pose. These poses are similar to the standing warrior variation poses in yoga. You will complete 2 poses while facing the mister and 2 poses with your back towards the mister. That's it! It literally takes more time getting undressed and adequately applying lotion to the dry parts of your body than the actual mist/spray time. I didn't have a horror story of turning orange or any of that nonsense. I think in 2016, that type of situation is only in the comedy movies. The facility is in an immaculate, relaxing state with music playing gently throughout. It's very clean and well kept. I would come here again!

These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

The new person was warm and had a professional manner yet based on my reaction to the facial, she lacked in skills. Hence why I booked the owner, to ensure it would be done correctly. I reached out to the owner with my symptoms of redness, itchy dry skin, and swelling and asked her to cancel my follow-up appointment, I'm to work from home this week and seek additional dr visit for care of symptoms. Porsha responded blaming it on my skin or pollen. She stated that she blocked me from further booking appointments because I questioned if her staff was licensed? Yet the only plaques in the room for licensing were hers. The main reason why I gave her 1 star is that she was blaming, defensive and rude. Well, each of the attendants spoke English at Tips & Toes and occasionally spoke Vietnamese between themselves. I never had the feeling they were talking poorly about anyone and I had a fun time visiting with my friend and my attendant Anna in a clean environment.
