This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. I had a haircut trim with Nate. He barely spoke to me during the visit because he was standing around on his phone or talking with the other hairstylists. The receptionist spoke to me more than he did! We just moved here from out of state and I needed a place for my daughter to get her bangs cut. She is VERY particular about her bangs so usually have to do some research and am very picky with where we go. Found Salon Vici on here and decided to go based off the reviews, even though it was 40 mins away. Beautiful salon. Easy to find. Very high end feeling. We made an appt the night before, so it was awesome we were able to get in so last minute. The online booking appointment and creating an account was a little cumbersome, but we got it. Check in was super easy, the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and super nice. My daughter is happy with her bangs so that makes me happy. The only issue would be, online it is advertised that bangs cut is free. Now, I am not that cheap, I was not going to drive 40 mins for free bangs, I had every intention of handing the stylist $20. But when we got to the desk to "check out", there was some whispering and secret talking between the girls at the desk and the stylist. They decided to charge me $13. I still gave them the $20, but I just thought it was odd. I would still go back for myself thought. read more

I recently got my hair cut by Emily and had a great first experience at Salon Vici. Scheduling an appointment online was easy and convenient. I received text messages before my appointment to confirm the time, as well as to get specific communication on how to have my hair prepared for my curly Devacut. When I arrived, I was very impressed with the Covid measures that are in place. There is a sign on the door telling you to call and check in. They did a quick phone screening, met me at the door and did a temperature screening, and then had me go and wash my hands. Everyone was wearing a mask. They also opened the door for me when I left at the end of the appointment as they were limiting exposure and people touching everything. Emily did a great job with my cut. She took the time to talk with me about past cuts I've had and what i was looking for in my current cut. I felt totally comfortable with her the entire time (curly cuts can be scary some times!). She also did a great job of letting me know my options for purchasing hair products, but wasn't pushy about it either. I look forward to my next cut in a few months! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Salon Vici! The scheduling of the appointment was super easy, even though I was a first time customer. They got me scheduled in less than a week after I called, which in my experience, is unheard of! I showed Emily a few, ok, a lot, of pictures I had in mind for my hair for a blonde balayage but I wanted her opinion on what she thought would look best. She gave me her opinion but wasn't pushy at all. I ended up going with the one she not only thought would look the best, but would be the easiest to maintain and so happy I did! I always get nervous about getting my hair done because I don't always like the way it turns out. But I must say, I absolutely LOVE my hair! Emily's work was the first time in a long time that I loved it while I walked out of the salon. She was really easy to chat with and was gentle with my hair- important things! Unfortunately, I cannot say I would recommend this salon to get your EYEBROWS done. I cannot yet judge Salon Vici on their primary service, hair... so I'm not trying to discredit any of their amazing reviews for hair services. But, I feel as though I could spend $20 on a beautician that specializes in eyebrow waxing and takes a little more time grooming my hard to get hairs. Took my wife here for a cut and they happened to have an opening that morning. These ladies are spectacular, very nice, and offer coffee and drinks to their customers. It was lovely from a gentleman's perspective as I was able to relax on a nice sofa and drink a hot cup of green mountain while I waited on my wife to be pampered. Would recommend for dudes who attend these appointments with their spouses. To top it off, my wife loved the service and her stylist and is anxious to return for another visit! read more

I went in for my first ever Deva Cut, and I brought photos to show, well because of Covid they wouldn't let me take my phone out in the building so I couldn't show the cut to my stylist. I told her I wanted a shag with no bangs. She ran her fingers through my hair until all the curl was pulled out and it was frizzy and she cut it straight across in the back. She put one show of long layers. At the end I had a shoulder length bob with no definition or shape. I basically paid $96 for a cut I could have gotten at great clips for $20. Deva cuts are supposed to be detailed and provide curly hair with the shape it needs so it doesn't fall flat, and based on the way my hair was cut I don't know if I believe that this stylist is Deva Curl certified. Worst haircut ever. Will never go back, and I wish I could get my money back. read more

I can only speak to the facials as that is the only service I've had, but Sarah does an excellent job. I've been going monthly and seeing good improvements in my skin. This is all due to Jen's amazing skills at Salon Vici. Jen is constantly continuing her education via shows and classes thus staying on top of the ever changing hair industry. She uses the very best products and techniques, and is absolutely ridiculous with a razor!
