She checks on you the next day to make sure you are happy with the color. I also did the bikini wax and for the first time ever, it didn't hurt at all. No irritation and no issues. I used to do Wax in the City and they would just hurry through to get the next client in, but not Justine. She spends time making sure it's correct and happy. The quality has dramatically decreased. I am happy to pay more for a level 5 bed. But of the three level 5 beds, only 1 works. So if that bed is busy, I am forced to use a substandard bed even though I pay for the premium bed. I have been told that there is nobody in the area that can fix the beds. These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

They get to decide how long you wait between when those hairs grow back. They get to define what the boarders of your treatment area are. They will ask you your percent reduction and then tell you you've graduated, even with 20 hairs left. Maybe this works well for 20 year olds. But perimenopausal hair growth isn't linear and they treat everyone the same. Yes, I have hair reduction. But they get really skimpy on helping you after your initial work.
