The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me into the schedule within an hour. The clinic/spa was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. Once inside, I was greeted right away and asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. Within five minutes of completing the paperwork, the nurse (yes, an actual RN) Kelly came and took me to the back. She genuinely listened to my concerns and we worked together on deciding the best placement of the injections for my desired outcome. She was very friendly and personable and even provided me with her cell number to send her a picture update in 2 weeks. I felt comfortable and in good hands. Oh, and a bonus....each botox unit is $13.00, but for first time clients, each unit is offered at a discount of $12.00! The atmosphere was relaxing and I walked out feeling very satisfied!

When I arrived early, I was ignored and then rudely told they were having a meeting and talking about things at the front counter. It felt incredibly belittling. I deeply appreciate the medical team's kindness and apologies, but the frontline staff needs immediate training in basic customer service

I tend to have high expectations when it comes to greeting new members of a community so perhaps I misinterpreted, but it did not seem that they were helpful in getting me connected with the care I needed at the time. They won't communicate with patients and rely on the local 5 and dime to work through painful skin problems. It' will take weeks to regain comfort because they wouldn't address the problem. Sure they are "super nice" but don't give a flip.

Our daughter has had terrible acne for some time. She refused my daughter's requests for my presence on a zoom call during her last appointment and stated "she didn't want to wait just so she would have to repeat herself to me." The PA spent maybe 30 seconds checking my skin. Didn't knock on the door before entering, made no eye contact, and barely acknowledged my existence.
