First, they were on time! Second, they not only consulted about my issue but they also took care of the issue on the same day! I did not need to come back for another appointment. That was a waste over 12k, and now I'm horrified by the way my ears look. I would also note Dr. Carlisle did an upper bleph on me before he joined Koch & Carlisle, and it left horrible scarring. I was allergic to the sutures they used, I had even complained to his nurse at the time who told me just to stop using some ointment I had been prescribed. I did, but turns out it was from the sutures. Dr. Carlisle had gone on vacation after this was done, so hence the lack of after care. Anyway. Two bad experiences from two different providers. I would not recommend.
