I then called Iowa Radiology to send me a bill, and they couldn't for over a week because they only get their mail picked up twice a week--what business, especially a bill dept., only have twice-a-week mail service? Then when I received a bill, I could not pay with my HSA credit card--they only accept checks. So I went to their web site to pay the bill and I received a notice "Unable to Receive Payment"!

A radiology tech did not have a clue what she was doing. Had several films taken at various times and the tech had no clue what she was taking a picture of. Never informed me what they were concerned about either. I had to ask. I was in the Iowa Clinic Medical Imaging for over 30 minutes being called back in because the proper angles were not taken. Poor staff. The Iowa Clinic needs to get rid of the staff at this location. I was also told by a friend that she had gone to the West Des Moines Medical Imaging office and they didn't know what they were doing either. I will definitely go to another radiology clinic the next time.
