He was fine, and we went back it to get the one he missed, but this seems like serious negligence. Should have learned, I thought it was a fluke, but a few years later they gave my daughter a prescription for antibiotics that was stronger than an adult dose because they accidentally doubled it. We are now changing offices because we no longer trust the staff.

I tend to have high expectations when it comes to greeting new members of a community so perhaps I misinterpreted, but it did not seem that they were helpful in getting me connected with the care I needed at the time. I hope and pray that this was just a one off experience as skin cancer is a very real issue in my life and many so having great doctors and teams around them matter tremendously.
