His symptoms got worse, and when we continued to contact this facility they advised to stick with the dose. A week later we decided to take him into the ER, and it turned out to be Appendicitis-surgery immediately. Again, I understand that Urgent Care centers have limitations on their abilities. However, a transparent suggestion to seek further medical advice instead of feeding him antibiotics would have been a smart and transparent next step. Very upsetting.

So my billing from May that I was unaware of went to collections even though they sent me an overpayment I made in September. I asked them why they would send me a refund if there was a balance owed. Internal office procedures on how services and billings are handled are problematic.

I then called Iowa Radiology to send me a bill, and they couldn't for over a week because they only get their mail picked up twice a week--what business, especially a bill dept., only have twice-a-week mail service? Then when I received a bill, I could not pay with my HSA credit card--they only accept checks. So I went to their web site to pay the bill and I received a notice "Unable to Receive Payment"!
