I understand this facility is not capable of testing for a larger variety of issues, however they decided to prescribe him 2,000mg of Amoxicillin *per day*. His symptoms got worse, and when we continued to contact this facility they advised to stick with the dose. A week later we decided to take him into the ER, and it turned out to be Appendicitis-surgery immediately. Again, I understand that Urgent Care centers have limitations on their abilities. However, a transparent suggestion to seek further medical advice instead of feeding him antibiotics would have been a smart and transparent next step. Very upsetting.

The front desk told me that I had no insurance and paid a lump sum of $184.80. Then I told the doctor that I would be out in less than ten minutes. She also said that you don't need to see a doctor for this type of allergy, you can just go to a regular pharmacy and buy medicine yourself! No prescription medication and a month later they sent me another bill for $98.40! Said I chatted with the doctor for 35 minutes! It said that if it exceeds 30 minutes, it will be counted as 45 minutes!

I saw Jennifer Perman and her staff of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Dept. today and came away giving them a 5 star rating for: - friendliness - ease of making appointments - future scheduling - and most of all, listening to my concerns. GREAT job to all!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any clinic/ medical office. I was seen by Dr…read more Jarmakani and while she was pleasant during the visit, trying to coordinate care has been far from pleasant. Not only does she not reply to her messages, but she will have her nurses or medical assistants reply, and when they do they don't answer the question, give you incorrect/conflicting information, or completely disregard you. I am not sure if their patient load is too high or if they just genuinely don't care about their patients, but anyone seeking good quality care should absolutely go somewhere else. You will not feel heard or understood but they will be quick to bill you or remind you how much you owe. Dr. Jarmakani prescribed me the same medication I reported experiencing side effects on and then when I asked why I was being put on the same medication , she wanted to charge me for an e-visit. I replied via message that I did not want an e-visit after everything and the nurse replied to that asking what time I would be available. They then scheduled an appointment on my behalf-without my permission. It is obvious they do not read the messages and want you to come in so they can bill you for asking a simple question. I truly believe the providers here are money hungry, interested only in making more money for themselves and the company rather than improving patients well being. Overall, the worst experience, will never be returning to this clinic, and if I hear anyone else talking about this place I will suggest them to go elsewhere.

The PA, Rhonda snuck him in right away and only took a few minutes to evaluate him before sending us to the ER. My son was reluctant to participate in any type of prodding or evaluation. Very thankful she was patient and so good with him, and they didn't end up charging us since no treatment was given. I was a little leery when driving up to a grocery store to get care, but they were very professional (the nurse and PA) and I'd absolutely go there again.

So I was able to be seen for my sinus and ear infection and get my meds without going from one business to another. Clean. Family friendly. Friendly staff. Marcy'sDinerTantrumScale 5/5- NoScreamingKids. I do know over the years that the meds that are prescribed for sinus infections has changed. And I'm willing and able to accept that. The last one I had was completely healed with the same med they ordered today. It's not the same ones Docs used to prescribe, but it's effective. And that's what matters. To use the top line of antibiotics immediately leaves nothing to go to if that infection doesn't clear up. No point in creating superbugs, right?!

The receptionist was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. She acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience and moved at an unreasonably slow pace despite the office being completely empty. An empty waiting room should have been a red flag--and after reading other reviews, it's obvious this place has a pattern of poor service. This was not a one-off bad day; it's how they operate. To make matters worse, they seem more focused on overcharging than actually helping patients. There was little to no effort to work with insurance, which feels intentional and predatory. If you value your time, money, and basic respect, go anywhere else. This clinic does not deserve your business.

The sign posted in their office (not online when you make your appointment) "As part of our OFFICE POLICY patients with HDHPs who have not met their deductible may be asked to pay $125 AT TIME OF SERVICE AS AN ESTIMATED IN-PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IN-CLINIC VISITS." DN used to be great place to get care when I couldn't get an appointment with my family doctor or if I (or a family member) needed to see someone on a weekend. Next time I'm sick, I will be avoiding DN like the plague. The nurse and doctor were great. Dude at the front desk has clearly been scarred by the ire of people realizing the insane money grab...comes off as smug, but I'm sure he is the lucky guy who gets the brunt of the complaints.
