When I arrived early, I was ignored and then rudely told they were having a meeting and talking about things at the front counter. It felt incredibly belittling. I deeply appreciate the medical team's kindness and apologies, but the frontline staff needs immediate training in basic customer service

I tend to have high expectations when it comes to greeting new members of a community so perhaps I misinterpreted, but it did not seem that they were helpful in getting me connected with the care I needed at the time. I have never left a negative review, or any review for that matter, but my experience with Dr…read more warren for our daughter was so infuriating I was prompted to do so. Our daughter has had terrible acne for some time. Christina not only failed to treat the acne in an effective manner after several months, but most upsettingly was rude to both my daughter and myself. She spent just a few minutes (no exaggeration) each time she saw us and always rushed us out the door. She continued to offer the same, non permanent, solutions for acne repeatedly. She refused my daughter's requests for my presence on a zoom call during her last appointment and stated "she didn't want to wait just so she would have to repeat herself to me." Don't waste your time.

The PA spent maybe 30 seconds checking my skin. Didn't knock on the door before entering, made no eye contact, and barely acknowledged my existence. A large tube of tret is $20 at any other pharmacy, but they made me pay $60 for a small bottle of essentially watered down tret. I absolutely will NOT be back.

She was very friendly and personable and even provided me with her cell number to send her a picture update in 2 weeks. I felt comfortable and in good hands.
