These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. When I went back again a few days later, they texted the manager and she said they would not replace it. I have also had two incidents where machines didn't start.
