When I mentioned it, instead of clipping them, they were quickly filed, and it felt very rushed with little attention to detail. When it came time to apply the polish, I asked for white. The application was very messy, with polish getting onto my cuticles, and once my toes came out of the UV lamp, the polish was visibly bumpy. I was told it was due to my toenails, but I explained that my nails are not naturally like that it was the polish. More polish was added, but the issue remained, so I said again that I wasn't happy with how it looked. At that point, the polish was removed and another staff member stepped in, but unfortunately, the service still felt rushed. There were still visible bumps, and I didn't feel like proper care or time was being taken. By then, I just wanted to leave. Overall, I didn't feel heard or understood during the service, and it felt like they were more focused on finishing quickly than providing quality work. This was disappointing, especially since this is a paid service and I expected better attention to detail.

When I showed up, laura noticed that I had volume lashes vs classic. I've only been getting my lashes done for about 2 months so I didn't know the difference. She explained explained to me the difference between the two and told me she didn't want me to be disappointed because I was used to the volume. She suggested a couple people who could do the volume lashes for me and even called them to see if they could fit me in before I left for vacation. I was absolutely blown away by her honesty and customer service level. I ended up having her do a removal of my old lashes and a complete classic set. She was so sweet and a great conversationalist. I called right away and the lady at the desk was great and made sure i got in for the time that I was attempting online. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment as I figured there would be paperwork. I was right. Just one page for information. My appointment was at 1:15 and was greeted to go back to the room about 5 min or so after that. The rooms are very clean and well kept. There is nice set up for the different procedure they do there. I ordered a couple different things. Hannah who was my cerologist was fantastic. They use a wax there that doesn't really stick to the skin. It was great cause I didnt turn red like I did before from other waxings. She was very nice and talked to me during the procedure. She made sure that I was happy with what she did. She wanted me to make sure that I told her if there was anything that I wasn't happy with. We had a few laughs as everything was getting done. I went home feeling good. It was great that everything went so smoothly so to speak. They did sell me a skin treatment to help with any skin issues after the procedure was completed. Everything looked great when I got home. I am pretty happy with the entire experience all around. The pricing was decent cause i got 50% off the most expensive procedure. Ill have to start saving up for the next time. Not only was she screaming, she was clawing, angry, and teething. I felt SO embarrassed and even considered asking to reschedule, even though my hair was already covered in foil. My stylist, Ashley, as well as all the other stylists AND other customers were absolutely amazing. Ashley reassured me over and over that it was okay, she was incredibly patient, and showed me several places to feed my daughter, change her, etc. One of the other stylists played with her while I was getting my hair cut, and even another customer walked her around. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the kindness and patience, especially as someone who is just trying to understand mommyhood while being in a city away from my friends and family.
