I'm writing this review with a heavy heart because I was so excited to get my eyebrows microbladed…read more Anna is who did them. The procedure itself went fine. She did worry me when she said tons of times my eyebrows are sisters not twins I was sent home with aftercare instructions, which I followed meticulously because I was invested in getting a great result. However, as my eyebrows went through the healing process, I noticed all the pigment scabbing off and disappearing. By the time they were fully healed, there was not a single hair stroke left. I reached out to the artist to let her know what happened. Her only solution was to offer the complimentary touch-up session. I explained that this wasn't a case of a few strokes fading; the entire procedure had failed, and I felt that putting my skin through it again would likely lead to the same result. When it became clear a touch-up was not a viable solution for me, I asked about a refund. I was told that she does not offer refunds for this service. I am now out $, the time and discomfort of the procedure and healing, with literally no results to show for it. While I understand policies, for a service that failed this completely, I believe an exception should have been made. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

When I showed up, laura noticed that I had volume lashes vs classic. I've only been getting my lashes done for about 2 months so I didn't know the difference. She explained explained to me the difference between the two and told me she didn't want me to be disappointed because I was used to the volume. She suggested a couple people who could do the volume lashes for me and even called them to see if they could fit me in before I left for vacation. I was absolutely blown away by her honesty and customer service level. I ended up having her do a removal of my old lashes and a complete classic set. She was so sweet and a great conversationalist.
