The quality has dramatically decreased. I am happy to pay more for a level 5 bed. But of the three level 5 beds, only 1 works. So if that bed is busy, I am forced to use a substandard bed even though I pay for the premium bed. I have been told that there is nobody in the area that can fix the beds. These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

I left it at the front desk for the manager since she was not in. The next day I asked about it and was told the employee only put my name on it without an explanation. They then wrote a note. When I went back again a few days later, they texted the manager and she said they would not replace it. I have also had two incidents where machines didn't start. I had to get dressed again because no one answered the phone when I tried to call.

She assured me I could, no strings attached. I later learned that's wrong. You have to wait until the first AUTOMATIC billing cycle (aka you must pay for 2 months before being able to cancel). I asked the right questions when joining, the employee steered me wrong, as a customer I did my diligence. So when I came in at the end of April to cancel, the employees told me I was wrong and there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer the customer service number, they gave no solution except suck it up and pay. They just sat there acting like I was a fool infront of multiple other customers, speaking to me like I was below them, and just giving off the worst attitude. It's so frustrating to walk in with respect and understanding just to be treated so poorly by employees like that! Beware when purchasing a membership- there is a condition before you're able to cancel, that I wish was properly explained to me when I asked.
