She's always on time (and there's been three time in 2 weeks other employees were a little late opening) which is a big deal for me because I have a lot to get done before noon every day. I assumed she was the manager, but asked today and she is not. The owner should be grooming her for that job right now. She's pretty and obviously uses the tanning beds herself so she's a walking, talking advertisement and saleswoman for the store.

The contract requires that I use their overpriced lotion. I paid approx $70 for the one pictured and about half way through the can the entire assembly fell apart while I was using it. I left it at the front desk for the manager since she was not in. The next day I asked about it and was told the employee only put my name on it without an explanation. They then wrote a note. When I went back again a few days later, they texted the manager and she said they would not replace it. I have also had two incidents where machines didn't start. I had to get dressed again because no one answered the phone when I tried to call.

Very poor customer service in my opinion.

The quality has dramatically decreased. I am happy to pay more for a level 5 bed. But of the three level 5 beds, only 1 works. So if that bed is busy, I am forced to use a substandard bed even though I pay for the premium bed. I have been told that there is nobody in the area that can fix the beds. These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

She assured me I could, no strings attached. I later learned that's wrong. You have to wait until the first AUTOMATIC billing cycle (aka you must pay for 2 months before being able to cancel). I asked the right questions when joining, the employee steered me wrong, as a customer I did my diligence. So when I came in at the end of April to cancel, the employees told me I was wrong and there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer the customer service number, they gave no solution except suck it up and pay. They just sat there acting like I was a fool infront of multiple other customers, speaking to me like I was below them, and just giving off the worst attitude. It's so frustrating to walk in with respect and understanding just to be treated so poorly by employees like that! Beware when purchasing a membership- there is a condition before you're able to cancel, that I wish was properly explained to me when I asked.

I get charged the subsequent month and then the month after that. I called them and they gave me a customer service number to call. Customer Service tells me I should have been given a piece of paper with a reference number. Well I received no such thing. It turns out the front desk gal didnt even freeze my account. Customer Service denied me a refund saying since i didnt get this piece of paper they cannot refund me my money. So in short, because of this location's mess up, i am out $160 and Sun Tan. I asked the gals at the front desk a few questions and they just handed me bottles of primer and a lotion that they said to put on after. I triple-checked they meant the lotion to be put on right after the spray. When I came out they laughed at me and said that the lotion was for "maintenance" days after your spray tan. It felt catty and rude. I felt like I came in very nice, and they found my experience funny. Bummer.

Kylie told me my bed was ready a minute after the person who told me I had to wait for them to clean it. So I hopped into bed 5, but it wasn't clean at all. There were fingerprints all over the top and leftover lotion from the previous person. There were even footprints on the edge of the bed. It's really gross and they should definitely clean the beds for everyone no matter who they are.
