MUST READ ! Tips and fav products below! Some places will look at you like you are crazy if you want to buy over a dozen lashes at one time ...but a lash maniac like me has to stock up, especially when they have #601 lashes for $1.30! The owner was so nice , I asked her if it was ok if I could buy that many right now, and she replied with a big smile saying " you can buy as many as you would like" She helped me get a pair of earrings, and had such a sweet attitude . I loved how stocked they were in lashes, Nyx products, and LA girl products . They also had MaryKay makeup remover which is the only kind I use! Plus contour pallets . I wanted to check out this place sooner, I'm so glad I did! I was thoroughly impressed ! Just some products I would say you must get / try when coming here -LA girl concealer! I have sensitive skin and bad scars and it's only $3 but it literally covers so well! Plus doesn't cause me to break out! I compare it with my MAC prolong wear -NYX glitter roll ons ... They are so easy to apply on the eyelid to add a quick Bling to any eye look ! So easy and I love them! Only $4.50 I believe ? - the lashes they have here are literally the same ones as the red cherries on the wall just they aren't in the red cherry packaging ... So if you use red cherries take note.... They have them for $1.30 unpacked and $2.50 packed with the red cherry name - Nabi gel nail color - lasts longer then normal polish and it's only $2 ! - If you tend to have sensitive skin (like me) try Mary Kay make up remover it is oil free and it's the only one that doesn't burn my skin ! And works so well I could go on but those are some of the things I bought that you MUST TRY! :)

Kathrine, the owner, is so amazing! I came 2 nights before my wedding to get extensions and she didn't have any on hand that matched my hair (I have an ombré) so she told me to come the following day and the next morning she was going to go to the warehouse to find hair color. I walked in today to buy some at-home gel polish after a disappointing visit to a new nail salon down the street. This tiny place is a hidden gem with lots of beauty items for cheap! I usually buy my Red Cherry lashes from Amazon, but this place has them super cheap! And it has tons of great quality inexpensive makeup brands like NYX and LA Girl. Will come again! read more

This is my second time coming here to buy lashes because they are super affordable and look just like the ones at the drugstore that can run up to 5-10 dollars they also carry morphe pallets and brushes which is nice if you don't want to take the drive to the morphe store. The owner is really friendly and always asks if you need any help, definitely will be coming back to restock on some more lashes. read more

Updating my review for Kathy's AMAZING customer service. I went today to purchased some new NYX products, lashes, glue, nail polish, and a Milani liquid lipsticks. I know the milani liquid lipsticks aren't new, but they're hard to find at drugstores if they're not already opened and tested. I was by the 5 and slauson when I realized I didn't have the liquid lipstick. I called the store but by that time it had closed, so I left her a comment on her Instagram. Within the hour she replied to me with an alternative phone number and assured me she put the item in the bag. Who gets a response from a company within an hour?? She's a small business owner, it's just her and her husband, and she responded personally! You can't get that type of customer service with the majority of businesses. She is incredibly sweet, dedicated to her store, and her customers. And she was right! She did put my liquid lipstick in the bag. It just fell out of the bag and into my car. read more

Before anything else if I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is horrible! I bought some hair extensions here yesterday and the quality was horrible. I was going to return them today because they are unopened and unused. Well i called and some lady with a horrible attitude answered and told me that I couldn't return them to the store. First off yesterday when I bought them the other lady didn't tell me this. Second she didn't even give me a store receipt, she just gave me my card receipt. Apparently they never do refunds and they tell all of their customers that. Well I was never told this or else I wouldn't be so mad and I would have never bought the extensions. When I was speaking to this lady on the phone she kept telling me it was my fault. So now I'm out $140 dollars. To the lady that answered the phone, you said one bad yelp review wouldn't matter well I hope that with this review you lose customers. read more

The appointment lasted two hours, yet the service was still left incomplete. My eyebrows were never properly concealed, and the hybrid tint was not fully finished before I was told the appointment was over. More concerning, I left with what appears to be severe chemical or wax burns between my eyebrows and underneath both brows. I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The affected areas are raw, painful, and extremely sensitive. Even something as simple as washing my face causes significant burning and discomfort. I trusted this business to provide a professional and safe service, but instead I left with visible injuries, ongoing pain, and damage to my skin. This experience has been both physically painful and emotionally distressing, and it is completely unacceptable for a routine cosmetic appointment to end this way. And to make matters even worse, my eyebrows are uneven.

I remember when Katherine Kim used to have her store at the Indoor in pico and remembering the variety of products she would carry, I admit most of the store items were useful but had to sadly admit now that it is just a waste of time to shop for unfair prices. When walking in to the store I noticed all the prices were just too expensive, most of the items are not in good quality, the lip and eyeliners were too dry and brittle. The gel nail polishes were two dollars higher when you can easily purchase them from somewhere else under a dollar, keep in mind they are not even the actual gel polishes! What was even more rude was that Ms.Kim made up her own prices at the register guessing how much to charge for un-marked items, she could have at least tagged prices for customer courtesy instead of making up a number in her mind. Instead I had to leave a few items behind because of this. You can find a better price from all the makeup brands seen at this store. read more

I love this place eyelashes are cheap and she has a large selection of makeup. Which i dont use cheap stuff only eyeliners and stuff. I know the lady since she had her place at the swapmeet and shes always been super nice. read more

They really have everything and more!! The owner is super helpful and I love supporting the local businesses. The store is superbly stocked up. However, the location is a bit sketchy. Take care at the parking lot. read more
